WOW! Awesome progress, LK03 and Goofyforlife! I especially like that month by month, side by side comparison! You should both be so very proud of yourselves!! :goodvibes Keep it up! Er.... uhm.... I mean keep it DOWN! :laughing:

I have discovered that the computer is one of those things that stimulates my eating. :sad2: I guess too many years of working at the computer while eating lunch is coming back to haunt me. I get hungry for no reason - just by sitting down here. :headache: Definitely an area I need to work on!
 
Well the weekend is over. My food for today:

Ham and cheese toasted sandwich for breakfast
popcorn for lunch
Chicken Cutlet w/mushroom sauce, small helping mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner
Dessert was reduced sugar chocolate cake

I logged 40 minutes on elliptical and got in an upper body strength training workout today.

I'm sure hoping that I lost those two pounds that found me last week when we weigh in on Tuesday.
 
I know that I didn't log in this weekend so here goes my food for Sat and Sunday

Sat
Breakfast 2 blueberry pancakes made with whole wheat flour and sugarless syrup
Lunch left over veggie pizza
snack nachos and cheese at the band competition
dinner mini turkey sub on a whole wheat roll

When I got home from the band competition dh looks at me and says you weren't supposed to be so late. He didn't eat dinner and neither did ds1 and his girlfriend. So I wasn't going to cook so I ended up going out for subs

Sunday
breakfast muffin (dh bought at the bake sale at church
lunch muffin and 2 hard boiled eggs
dinner roast beef sub on a hard roll

I made a roast for dinner but dh and ds2 went out to an Eagle Ceremony and ate there. We were going to have sandwiches anyway so I put the roast away and then we can sandwiches tonight when I dopn't get home until 6 and have to be at another meeting at 7:15

My knee was really hurting Sat night and yesterday. I just keep twisting iit the wrong way just when it is feeling better. I bought a brace Sunday and with the ibuprophen it felt really good last night. I have it on under my dress slacks today

I did a little walking in place this morning for about 15 minutes and it felt pretty good. Maybe tomorrow I might try a light yoga routine.

Hope everyone has a great day today. Mine is pretty busy school this morning and a math team competition this afternoon and then a Boy Scout meeting tonight. I think as soon as I get home from the meeting tonight I will hop in bed and try to get some sleep.

I didn't check in over the weekend, but did pretty good in the eating and exercise dept. I did yard work for about 4 hours total on saturday, and another hour yesterday. I'm off to take a quick walk before work now. Yesterday, we went to 2 birthday parties, and I did not have cake at either. (a big accomplishment for me.)
Yesterdays food-
bkfst-toast w/ margarine, cantaloupe
snack-yogurt
lunch-ham, green beans, small serving mac and cheese, and salad.
snack- half a muffin top, apple cider
dinner-small piece lasagne, lg salad.
snack- fiberone bar.

Goofy for life, and Lk03- What awesome pictures. You've both done so well. It's great to see such success. Congratulations!!

My exercise for the wekend....

Sat - went to gym.
1 hr Kick box class
.5 hr abs
20 mins treadmill

(if i stayed longer DH would've complained more)

Sun- 1 hr weights class

Today - not sure
I want to do my usual weights/spinning classes but i have to talk DH into going to see one of DD's teacher's alone then.

My DH seems to think i'm addicted to the gym... :rolleyes:

Hmm not sure. While it is painful being there, it's less painful than being home lately. Well, that and it sure has helped me lose faster. I had been averaging about 5-7 lbs per month but i know i've lost over 15lbs in the last month since joining this new gym closer to home. (i was only getting to the gym 2 times a week when it was further away and they didn't have nearly half the classes)

Subway Tuna on Wheat with lite mayo

hot and sour soup
3 dumplings
1/2 egg roll

a couple pieces of beef jerky
a mustkateer bar
