I'm liking the new challenge for the week however I have no children just lots of pets... and they always like one on one time so I'm counting them for my "children"

I am down 2.2 this week but didn't do as well on the challenge. I currently work out an hour a day 6 days a week so adding 20 minutes with my schedule and life is just not possible and I kept forgetting to stretch after
