Palo Brunch - are there any other entrees as good or better as the Chicken Parm/Mushroom Risotto?

I love the Chicken Parmesan - especially the fact that they can do it gluten-free since so many places don't.

I don't eat mushrooms, so I have no clue about that.
 

I was so excited to try the chicken parm after hearing so many people rave about it. It was okay for me. But that lasagna, now that's where it's at!!
 
The chicken Parmesan for me was a one and done, too bland and ordinary.

I recommend
  • Veal Saltimbocca
  • Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Meyer Lemon, Nut Brown Butter, Toasted Pine Nuts
  • Rollatini Melanzane - Lightly Breaded Baked Eggplant filled with Prosciutto, sweet Ricotta and Smoked Mozzarella, served on Toscana Sauce and drizzled with Aged Balsamic Modena
 
My husband had the veal and said it was better than my GF chicken parm, I couldn't compare as I am GF but it looked really good.
 
Food tastes are subjective, as demonstrated by this thread. I love the Chicken Parm at Palo and try very hard not to get it every time I go (because I do want to try other things).
