You are out there aren't you? I have been MIA this weekend. Guess why? OK don't. How are you doing with your program? Are things going well, or not well at all? We are the only ones that have the power to change our lives, one small step at a time.
Instead of a question today I will share a thought. Last week as we completed week 5 I thought if you lose 2 pounds a week at the end of 5 weeks you would have lost 10 pounds. 2 pounds a week is a very realistic and achievable weight loss goal. So who are the Red Team Biggest Losers so far?

I was surprised that there were not more big losers from our team of 33. So I decided look at percentages of weight lost.
