Is it true that Bistro de Paris is NOT on the dining plan?

Bistro de Paris is not on the DDP unless you get the Premium Plan which is the step up from the regular dining plan which they are promoting as the free plan.

Anyone have any more specifics on the Premium Plan? How they work the credits or anything like that? Information is sadly lacking on this package and would like to know a little more about it before I leave next month.
