Watched the episode tonight and really enjoyed the 5k race at the beginning. They sure put a lot of focus on Koli. He & Sam seemed really touched by the last lady's effort to get it done.
Happy to see ONeil gone. I think Sunshine could be next, she hasn't been doing great, and her focus was so on her dad, that she doesn't seem to have built any other alliances. I'd like to see Daris have a some time in the spotlight, he seems to be the forgotten one as he doesn't have drama around him.
Next week will be good. Really want to see the change in Daris and Michael when they get the mops off their heads

I liked the 5K, I just hope they have some more support set up for those people. I know it's not the BL's responsibility, but it would be nice if they offered a little more than just the 90 pass to 24 Hour Fitness. Maybe a set of the books and dvds? That would be a really nice gesture. It was also good for me to see how long it took some people to finish the 5K. I tend to think of myself as very slow and with plenty to lose, but I am making progress! It's not as dramatic as the BL contestants, but if I look back to what I could do a year ago, I am getting healthier and I have definitely made changes in my life. I liked O'Neal's comment about inspiring even a little change, because for me, a little change was where I started.

You go it, Maria! The nice thing about the slow and steady changes is that they should stay around a lifetime. I, too, was happy to see some of those time especially comparing them to the 5M run I did on Sunday. This was a lot more inspiring than a marathon or even a half at this stage because I think it is doable for most people.

Next week will be good. Really want to see the change in Daris and Michael when they get the mops off their heads

Should be fun! Some people pay good money to make their hair curl as Daris' seems to do naturally!

I'm glad it's not just me...I don't know where Lost is going, but I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to think it was worth all the time I've invested in watching it I have to have it on tape, because it's too easy to miss something.

I can't wait to see Daris and Michael's hair! Honestly, I've been waiting all season to see what they can do for Daris! Giving Sunshine a weave is not exciting to me. And I'm pretty sure that's what will happen.

Michael looked great. I felt bad for him while he was shopping. The previews for next week with Michael are interesting. He is starting to get so down on himself because he still has a way to go. But he has to look at how far he has come.

I actually Daris look also. I thought he looked great.

I thought they all looked good. I think someone can do a better job with Daris' hair though.

I can't imagine climbing that Jacob's ladder and staying on for 2 1/2 hours!

But what really inspired me was listening to Bob speak with Daris and emphasizing how he needed to really push hard and finish strong these last two weeks -- that's what I need to do for our challenge!

Daris didn't even look like the same person. Had they said that it was his brother I would have believed it.

I hated to see Sam go, he is the one I wanted to win, but he got to his goal weight so early it was going to be impossible. I think the people made a mistake. Mike has every chance of winning while Sam does not. It is time to think about winning. I also think that Sam had the absolute best outlook of anyone I have known who had to lose weight. He didn't make excuses, he owned up to his poor decisions and did what he had to. I don't remember ever hearing an excuse from him on a bad weigh in. He had reasons (didn't have much more to go) but not excuses.

I have to say while I do like Mike I think he is totally milking the "I have a long way to go" thing. Yes, it is true, but I think he is using it to try and secure sympathy votes.

I would prefer Koli win now with Daris second. I don't dislike anyone but those two are the ones I like best.

DD and I both fell asleep right before the elimination! Thankfully we DVR it, so we watched the end this morning. Sam, WOW he looks awesome, I think with more working out he will really bulk up. I truly admired and liked Sam, but if he is at goal, then maybe it was his time to go.

Michael needs to stop the pity party. Yes, he has a long way to go, but my gosh, he has lost 192 pounds in 4 months! Yes he still weighs as much as some contestants did when they first arrived. But since it is a game based on PERCENTAGES, he can still win the competition and continue to lose weight.

The makeovers-Daris with the Lyle Lovett deal, not crazy about it, but it is better than before. Who else though Sunshine looked stunning with her hair straight? And what the heck were those glasses Koli was wearing?

3 more weeks, hard to say who will be going next. It could be Daris, since he is so small for the guys.

And the end with Sam and Stephanie-anyone else think there will be a proposal on the finale?

Respectfully disagree... I think Daris looks fabulous! You can actually see his handsome face now (although I'll be the first to admit that all that hair gave him some boy-ish charm.).

Micheal IS a good-looking guy! I can see him being down-right handsome when he hits his goal weight.

Everyone looked great, but Ashley was the least changed... maybe they lightened up her hair color?? Sunshine's hair looked colored (to a lighter brown) when she was in the mirror room (with the straighter hair), but when she returned back to the ranch and it was curly again, it looked like the same black?? Not sure what is up with that. I actually thought the lighter color was very flattering.

I was truly surprised to see Daris give up like that during the challenge.... especially since he admitted he could have kept going. And he ended up just above the yellow line...he really would have kicked himself if he needed that one pound advantage.

Sorry Sam went home, but he looks terrific... not sure what he would have done there for three more weeks! ......................P

Michael is a good looking man-- i could see that from the beginning. Darius had to err--GO during the challenge..lol. didn't anyone catch that? I don't think I could keep doing that and have to use the bathroom for 2 1/2 hours. It's not worth damaging your kidneys. I thought Darius looked amazing with his hair all slicked down--the Lyle look--not so much. Sam and Stephanie-! Love it.

Is anyone else wondering what are they going to do for the next two shows before the finale on 5/25? I guess eliminate to get down to the final four next week and send everyone home. Then have the final four do their big challenge -- maybe biking a marathon -- the week before the finale?

I was so sad to see Sam go but it was time. I'm in awe of his transformation, he looks truly happy and healthy, and freakin HOT! lol Stephanie doesn't look much different than when she left the ranch but I could be wrong. Hopefully Sam will inspire her to lose what she needs to reach her goal too.

I was really digging Michael's makeover, he looked great. I hope next week he doesn't get so down on himself that it affects his weight loss, it's hard (in the moment) to focus on how far you've come when you see how much farther you have to go.

Ashley & Sunshine didn't look too different at all but their dresses/outfits were great on them.

Koli, Koli, Koli, he and Sam have been my faves since the beginning and they still are. I loved his makeover look, very in style right now with the glasses and layered look. I wish Sam had worn that outfit, would have been so hot!

Daris looked better with the big hair IMO, he could have kept a little hair and still looked great.
