Add another 40 min for me. So I rode the bike for 90 min altogether today.
The kindergarten kids didn't really want me to read the books to them today they just kept talking. Once they were quiet enough they liked the books ok.
bcvprincesses--great job on the exercise.
Has anyone had fruit today? I had celery and pineapple for lunch, so I thought I'd ask.

Journaling might be a good idea. I was tracking what I ate on a whiteboard on the fridge, but that didn't last long.
Would a little short walk help you out of your slump? I know I was feeling a liitle down today myself...so rather than sit and stew in it...I went for a little walk during lunch. Please add 20 minutes to the team exercise total! Anyway, I was thinking the brownies from yesterday sounded mighty good....so, I told myself if I went for a walk, I could have one! Knowing I CAN have one if I CHOOSE to have one makes it that much easier to say NO! So Amanda, take it in little steps....try saying no to a bad food chioce...just one....and yes to some sort of activity....even if it is just for five minutes, or getting up off your butt and changing the channel....
it is the little victories that get you ready for the big ones.....and the little ones are so easy to do. So RED TEAM....get moving!!
We went grocery shopping though and I was very good. I bought low-fat frozen fudge bars (only 2g fat each!). Hopefully this will cure my chocolate cravings. I also got hershey kisses that DH is keeping. So when I need real chocolate, he will just give me 1 or 2 pieces. We also got fresh subs for dinner and I got mine on whole wheat
Whouda thunk it?
