Mike--Sometimes I miss exercising when I don't go, but I feel more of panic, I guess. I'm going though!
jennz-I know I'm doing a good thing and I'm staying motivated. Now I just need the scale to move. I've thought about getting an mp3 player, but (now I'm going to sound old) I don't understand how they work! There are two televisions at the gym-one playing ESPN and the other on MSNBC. Sometimes this is ok, other times it's not.
I'm following the orders of my personal trainer and have 350 minutes in so far this week but I haven't even lost half a pound! I'm going to increase my water again and see what happens.

I was dizzy again this morning. I sure hope this is gone soon! I think everything will even itself out once TTOTM shows (sorry Mike & any other fellows on here
) At least I hope so! 
It really does help. Get yourself one for the holidays, and then find some time when you can really sit down and read directions or have someone help you with it!
