Biggest Loser "No Excuses" 2012 Team Challenge for Losers and Maintainers!!!

Already awake and not happy about it. :( Need sleep. Or at least more of it.

I will try to nap later this morning, but will set an alarm so that I sleep for no more than 2 hours. I do not think I'll be going to the gym today. I will probably do some WATP and some Wii.

Hope everyone has a great, OP day!

Good Tuesday morning everyone.

First day back was strange since it was so warm here. I also spent a lot of time calming people down since we are only 3 weeks away from their big test day.

Congrat to all the biggest losers this week especially JacksLilWench

cc I hate waking up and not being able to sleep. I had that happen the other night. After staring at the clock for 30 minutes I had to get up ana stop tryiing.

My sister is at a meeting at Coronado Springs for the next couple of days. She gets home in time for my mom's catarac surgery on Thursday. Another one of my sisters is taking my mom so I don't have to go up.

Pretty quiet here. Dh has to go out tonight and ds is working so I have the house to myself tonight. I can't wait. Tomorrow a friend's daughter is giving a presentation at the local library so I we have to go to that.

Have a happy and healthy day.

QOTD Tuesday, 4/17/12 : What inspires/motivates you in your weight loss journey to reach your goals, be it to make better food choices, to go exercise more, to run that race, etc?

As I thought about this question, the first thing that popped into my mind is the image of me wearing a pair of shorts and not feeling like I'm popping out all over!! :rotfl: Also, being as I am in my 40s now, I really don't want to be like my parents and inlaws and not be fit enough to walk around WDW as I get older. Sounds crazy, but it's true!! My mom had open heart surgery in February and ended up losing 20 lbs during her two week hospital stay. I am proud that she has been walking, doing physical therapy and eating good and has kept the majority of it off! She says I have inspired her with the change in my eating habits and exercising! YAY!!! :banana:

Congratulations, Jackslilwench and all the top losers!!!:cool1::banana:

Thank you Sue for all your hard work as weightkeeper. You haven't missed posting on a monday night all challenge long, and even yesterday, tax day, you made it. You are awesome!!! :thumbsup2

Good morning!

Well, today is was about the one month mark since I started 30DS along with my running so I took some progress pics. My stomach has gotten a little flatter and my waist is coming in at the sides, I have less flab. :thumbsup2

My measurement went as this:
Waist: -1 inch
Hips: -1 inch
Arms: -.5 inches
Thighs: Same

I also started with 31% body fat in January and if this calculator is correct (although I'm not sure since I used an actual scale the first time) my BF is 26%!! I sure hope that's right, I'm wanting to get it to 18-21 at least.

Also went shopping a few days ago for a pair of shorts and I wore 7s instead of 9s in juniors!! :woohoo: Another week in the top 10! It's good to be me this week.

QOTD: While I do this for myself, there is always that little part in the back of my mind when I see kids from school and I want them to think "DANG". ;) Right now my goal is more of feeling like I am free in my clothes. Kind of a weird way to describe it, but I want to go to WDW and not be tired of walking or have my thighs rub together and make everything uncomfortable. So I can sit down everywhere I go and not put my arms in front of my stomach to hide my rolls. Then my fitness is really watching the olympics and athletes and wanting to be able to say "I ran a marathon, I can do 50 pull-ups, etc." I want to be someone that people look up to for health advice.

Hope you all have a fabulous day.

My DS is the same way - only a 28 W - I buy his jeans online at ON - they have them. Now that he's in the Men's section - I really miss those adjustable waistbands!!!
Janis

Thanks for the heads up about ordering online. I may look into it. He could probably wear a 29" waist, but they are so hard to find! ON 30" waist is a bit loose, but pretty good... but when he needed longer pants, I bought a size up in the waist too (I bought 31 x 33 at Aeropostale) and they were waaay too big.... but he wears them with a belt and seems okay.

I'm really cheap and he really doesn't care about name brands, but I try to keep it at least reasonably "cool". He is already a nerdy kid (and he would be proud of that title!).... math brain, robotics team, etc..... no need to add to the NERD factor by putting him in Sears "old-man" jeans! :rotfl:

I miss the boys department adjustable waists.... and PRICES!

Here we celebrate our progress and recognize our superstars.

Sorry for the fly by post but I just wanted to get the next QOTD out before I went to bed.

QOTD Tuesday, 4/17/12 : What inspires/motivates you in your weight loss journey to reach your goals, be it to make better food choices, to go exercise more, to run that race, etc?

Well..... the feeling of not being constantly embarrassed or frustrated about my weight, now that I've been at goal for a while, is a CONSTANT motivator!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the way I look and feel these days (well....most days anyhow! :laughing: ) and it is worth every dessert I pass up or every minute I exercise to continue to look and feel this way. My current "GOAL" is to stay under 135 PERMANENTLY. For a while my "safety" weight was 140..... never wanted to hit that number again, but I"m more comfortable keeping myself a bit lower, so I'e lowered my "never be seen again" number to 135. THat definitely keeps me on my toes and assures that I am ALWAYS needing to stay OP.

***********

Happy Tuesday morning friends!

DS is off to Washington, DC this morning for his 8th grade trip. We packed him up pretty quickly, so I am praying that I/we didn't forget anything vital. I suppose as long as he has clothes, shoes, phone, Epi-pen, and wallet, everything will be okay! I miss hiim already. I reminded him to please call me every night when he returns to his hotel, no matter how late it is, but he isn't quite as much of a homebody as DD, so I hope he remembers to call his Momma!

Didn't get much done on yesterday's cleaning list.... spent more time on scrapping and more time on packing up DS than I thought I would. But laundry is well caught up. I have one load of whites to do today and that will be it for the next few days, so I can concentrate some time on other stuff.... like cleaning DS's room while he is gone!:rotfl: And on that note, I must be moving along to accomplish something around here!

BTW, our family desktop is STILL not up and running, so I am still either sneaking time on DD's laptop (like right now) or on my Ipad (okay for reading but difficult to reply), so sorry I haven't been around as much as usual!

Congrats to all our biggest losers this week and YAY! I made the list for the third week in a row! :woohoo:

Will try to catch up with everyone's replies tomorrow!

Night!

I have a lot that inspires me. Sometimes it can be something stupid, like how skinny an actress looks or a healthy character on tv (chris on parks and rec), sometimes it can be if the zombie apocolypse happens, i'm not gonna be the first to go! The other day I posted a picture of my fat cat on facebook and said he was my thinspiration! But at the end of the day, it's really me who inspires me. I'm so proud of myself for what I have achieved and what I can do, when i need a little inspiration I look back over the last year and say, you did it before you can do it again! I make deals with myself and its a struggle but I know I can do it! Another big inspiration for me is the fact that my parents are overweight, and i have friends who are overweight and I know I don't want to end up overweight and having healthy problems. I try to set an example for people in my life who maybe need that extra push to start their weight loss journey!

-----

I wish I could say I'm up early and ready to start my day and had the day off! But I am up early to study for spanish, and then go to school, and then have school all day, then go to work, and have work all night :( BUT then i'm off till next monday! I have A LOT of school work to get done this week but i think i can manage, and then its DC this weekend with the history club. This weekend my mom and i went on a bit of a shopping spree for clothes for the cruise....I got a lot of cute stuff and most of it was XS, S, or M!!!!! And I looked great! I'm pretty excited by this. I still don't like how i look naked but I'm almost there!

We also went for a 4 mile run on friday, me and my dog, but haven't been back out since. I'm hoping tomorrow and thursday. And thursday I have a meeting with the personal trainer at the gym, so that will be interesting.

Don't know how much i will be able to check in this week, but for now gotta go get some more studying in for that test! (Just want it over with)

Let's hope the poof fairy doesn't get me today!!

To be HEALTHY! That is my motivation. AND to no longer shop in the Plus Size department....I want CUTE clothes that make me look youthful, not like an old lady :thumbsup2

Lynda, I feel the same way!! When we take my new niece/nephew to WDW for the first time I want to be able to keep up with him/her as well as my 5 year old nephew!!

KAYLA!!! You ARE an inspiration already!! :yay:
Keep up the AMAZING work!!

Belledreamer WOOOOHOOOO!! So happy for you and your first race!! I say first because I KNOW you will do others and absolutely improve your time and strength!!

Liz How's the toe? I really feel for you....you were just beginning your running journey and this is just a side track to your goal. You WILL do it, but the pace may be a little slower with your injury. Maybe walk instead of jog/run? Try spinning...I am a HUGE fan...until you can get back on the road?

50sJayne Happy Happy Birthday!!! (a little late) Remember, you need to take care of YOU before you can take care of others...hang in there!

Kathy Hope you are enjoying your time off with DS! It sounds like you guys have a packed week...packed with FUN!! I also hope you get some time to head to the deck with some coffee!! I was out there on Sunday and thought of you :hug:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Wow!! Summer arrived without warning!
Congratulations to all the Losers this week!!! I promise to jump back in next week with a weigh in.....
I'm a chicken....yes, a chicken. I attempted to go to WW this Saturday to weigh in after being off program for over a month and I just couldn't get the courage to do it. I am committed to one more week back on the wagon and I promise all of you (and myself) that no matter what the damage, I will get back on that scale on Saturday morning!!! I promise to journal my food...yes, every single bite no matter how far I go off course.
On the plus side...I'm back on track with exercise! I spun Monday and Tuesday, walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes on Thursday, spent all day Saturday cleaning the house and deck, and did a 1 mile fun run/dog walk on Sunday. I spun last night too (horrible substitute instructor but I stuck it out and still managed to burn 500 calories) Today is going to be tough since I have a nail appointment at 5:30 which makes it pretty tough to make a 6:30 spin class...maybe she can take me earlier? Then book club tomorrow at 6pm makes it impossible for the 6:30 spin. I think I will take Wednesday off and do the 2.5 miles on Thursday again. I also found a race in June that is 2.5K! I have never seen that before and am excited to do it! My friend Christine wants to join me (she did her first 5K with me when I did my 2nd one last spring) and really wants to get in shape. She even joined WW with me!!
Well, I wish everyone a wonderful OP day!
Good morning all! :goodvibes
It's nice to have the Dis up and running today! :cool2:
Congratulations to all our superstars and our biggest loser, JacksLilWench! :cool1:
Sue, thanks so much for sticking with us as our weightkeeper! :flower3:
Ashley, great job on your race! :yay: It is so exciting once you do a race, you don't want to stop. Thanks for coaching this week, too. You're doing a great job! :flower3:
Thanks to both of you for your responses! I guess I will just have to keep experimenting with what work best for me and remember that the healthy journey is as important as the destination.
Yep, soon you and Lara will be at WDW! :thumbsup2
Buffy, you are burning the calories on MFP! :goodvibes
Kayla, you have a lot of exciting stuff coming up soon! :cool2:
CC, you are another one burning up the calories on MFP! :thumbsup2 Hopefully that will help with your sleep, too.
Liz, hope that toe heals quickly! :hug:
Hi Everybody! :wave2:
Hello to you! :wave2: Nice to see you!
QOTD Tuesday, 4/17/12 : What inspires/motivates you in your weight loss journey to reach your goals, be it to make better food choices, to go exercise more, to run that race, etc?
Well of course all of you inspire me every day! :flower3: Also, fear is still a good motivator for me I am sorry to say -- that is why I keep my race calendar full! :rotfl:
Also being able to do things I never dreamed I could is a great motivator. This week-end I finished my Krocman Challenge! :yay: And that is as close to an Ironman as I will ever be! ;)
Hello to everyone I missed! :wave2: I'm calling myself caught up from here.
Have a great day all! :goodvibes
Buffy, you are burning the calories on MFP! :goodvibes
Thanks! I need to be more consistant though, especially if DH and I do the marathon in January.
Pamela I know DS is on his way now, but check American Eagle. DS15 and DH both wear 30/32 and 30/34 and I can usually find one or two pairs in store. Once I know they fit I buy multiples online.
******************
OK over my binge eating from yesterday. Today I'm am feeling the results. Tired, stomach hurts, lazy. need to remember this feeling!!!!!!
I got a good nights sleep last night once the room cooled down a bit, and even got up early this morning.
I have discovered that if I'm going to get my snacks in, I need to eat breakfast earlier. I usually wait until I take the kids to school then come home to eat. That's not working anymore. I need to get up with DS15 and eat while the little kids are getting dressed so I can have my snack when I get home.
Today's must do's are finish the kitchen, it looks amazing!!! Then I think I'm going to hit the green 1 lap is 1.6 miles so I'm going to aim for 2 in under 45 minutes, walking. We'll see if I can do it! LOL
Then run buy the store and hit the truckload sale for meat. Last time I got 45 days worth of meat for less than $400. It came out to like $2 a pound for everything, chicken, steak, pot roast, pork etc. It was a pretty sweet deal and I divide everything before I freeze it so that helps me stay in top of calorie consumption!
OK, I hope everyone has a fantastic day and I'll report back later with my results of my walk.
OH and can anyone recommend a good spy type belt, that will fit around by big ol' waist? The fanny pack just isn't cutting it!
Congrats to all of our losers this week! I hope to be back on that list this week!
Did 50 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Hoping to squeeze in another 50 sometime this afternoon or tonight. I'm at work until 1 and then I have to drop Ash off, pick Izzie up, run to the grocery store, drop something off at someone's house, pick Ash up and then get my hair done at 3:30. I should be able to do it during BL tonight! Looks interesting tonight!
I'm doing the April exercise challenge that Cam is hosting here and I'm up to 710 minutes this month! I predicted 1200 minutes but I think I'm going to boost it up a bit!
I tried on all my shorts and stuff last night and need to get rid of my belly and firm up my arms a bit so some of the stuff will fit better for the cruise! Everyone else has gotten new stuff. I have bought a few shirts but that's it! I want another swimsuit but I also need to get new sneakers in the next few weeks. Got three clients this week so that will help financially.
Gotta run!
TTFN :tigger:
QOTD, Monday 4/16/12 : We've come a long way in three months. If you could go back in time to the first day you started the Biggest Loser challenge, what's the biggest piece of advice you'd give yourself?[/QUOTE]
To be more OP. I have had decent success during this, my first challenge, (11-15 lbs, depending on where I am in staying OP). I think I could have had a bigger loss had I stayed on plan all of the time, but its difficult.
Now let's get to the good stuff. Who were our superstars of week 15?
Congratulations JacksLilWench!!!
Congratulations to all our biggest losers and to our biggest loser JacksLilWench!
Great job!! You all rocked it! I hope to be back among you soon!
I hope everyone is doing well! I am thinking of you all! I haven't been eating poorly, just not logging. I am logging again today.
Congrats to all our Losers!!!!
Had some troubles getting on dis this weekend. Glad to be here now!
Liz--hope your toe is better.
Lisa--super job finishing your "marathon!!!"
Well done!!! to all our racers out there
I've done my stretching class and taken my walk. Now I need to see exactly what is missing from my bare cupboards and go to the market. Baseball games all this week and DS2 has evening choir rehearsals. He has me worried. He got a letter from the rotary club inviting him to a meeting next week about study abroad during junior year. His first question was, "Will they speak English?" Depends on where you go. Second question, "Will they feed me?" Typical boy. :lmao: But he is seriously considering it. gulp :worried:
Better go get some work done around here! Have a super Tuesday.
OK so today I walked only. My body and mind really wanted to run but I wanted to see what my walk pace was. I did ok, better then I thought. My average pace was 16.9 min/mi so I'm pretty happy. Obviously it's not fast enough for Disney standards but with walking only I think I can handle the pacing requirements. My average speed was 3.6 mph.
I had a headwind the first half of the track and a tail wind when you go back the other way so that was interesting paying attention to how my body adjusted. I also found that if I walked up on my toes more, I was a lot faster, closer to a 4.0 mph pace.
The last 1/2 of the second lap was hard, I really wanted to slow down but I just used everyones blog pics and the rundisney pics to visualize DH and me running through each park. And I was ticking down, Epcot down, 3 parks to go, run through the Castle, Up towards Spaceship Earth towardss the big Hat. It was really motivating!! I know, I'm such a dork! LOL But I tapped out at 3.9 mph for a bit so it worked!
I fought with my stupid water bag and earbuds though so I need a different bag/belt and over the ear earbuds with that little hooky thing. ERGH!
Anyway I've gotten 12707 steps in today so far and we have a track meet so I can probably bank another 5000 before the day is over.
Need to go join the April fitness challenge!!!
C-Ya later!
Sorry for the fly by post but I just wanted to get the next QOTD out before I went to bed.
QOTD Tuesday, 4/17/12 : What inspires/motivates you in your weight loss journey to reach your goals, be it to make better food choices, to go exercise more, to run that race, etc?
My kids inspire me to be healthy. I want to be as active as they are for as long as I can. I am also inspired by my aunt and uncle. They have migrated to FL now and live there permanently. At ages in the mid-70s, they still love to go to Disney! My aunt walks every morning and my uncle is on his retirement community's baseball team. I hope I am just as healthy and active as they are when I'm in my 70s!
That's a great job on those lost inches! It's pretty amazing the difference in body fat, too. Shopping for smaller sizes is a big WHOOHOO!! Congrats and keep up the good work.
Happy Tuesday morning friends!
DS is off to Washington, DC this morning for his 8th grade trip. We packed him up pretty quickly, so I am praying that I/we didn't forget anything vital. I suppose as long as he has clothes, shoes, phone, Epi-pen, and wallet, everything will be okay! I miss hiim already. Hope DS has a great time. Has he ever been there before? What are they doing while there? I'm hoping to get my DSs there soon.
This weekend my mom and i went on a bit of a shopping spree for clothes for the cruise....I got a lot of cute stuff and most of it was XS, S, or M!!!!! And I looked great! I'm pretty excited by this. I still don't like how i look naked but I'm almost there!
Another one for a big WHOOHOO for smaller sizes! It's so exciting to buy new clothes. Sometimes we don't see our progress until something like this happens. Have fun in DC!
I'm a chicken....yes, a chicken. I attempted to go to WW this Saturday to weigh in after being off program for over a month and I just couldn't get the courage to do it. I am committed to one more week back on the wagon and I promise all of you (and myself) that no matter what the damage, I will get back on that scale on Saturday morning!!! She even joined WW with me!!
Well, I wish everyone a wonderful OP day!
Sounds like your friend is a good support! Get that courage back and get to WW. I'm sure you won't be disappointed! Great job on the exercise! It's always so hard when you have a sub teacher and you're used to things a certain way. Luckily, the subs at my gym are excellent. I will only take classes with certain people, though, so if I took a different instructor's spin class, I may not like it much lol.
Also being able to do things I never dreamed I could is a great motivator. This week-end I finished my Krocman Challenge! :yay: And that is as close to an Ironman as I will ever be! ;)
Ok...what is a Krocman Challenge? Never heard of it!
Then run buy the store and hit the truckload sale for meat. Last time I got 45 days worth of meat for less than $400. It came out to like $2 a pound for everything, chicken, steak, pot roast, pork etc. It was a pretty sweet deal and I divide everything before I freeze it so that helps me stay in top of calorie consumption!
That's pretty impressive! I was just telling DH how expensive meat is. We are meat snobs and only buy good cuts and the healthiest stuff, so it makes it worse. Good luck on your quest today! Let us know how you made out.
I've done my stretching class and taken my walk. Now I need to see exactly what is missing from my bare cupboards and go to the market. Oh my! That's an awesome opportunity for your son. I love that his priorities are English and food! I had two girls a year older than me do an exchange after they graduated. One went to France and her host family spoke a little English (she had taken 4 or 5 years of French in school). The other went to Brazil. She spoke no Portugese and her host family spoke no English. It was very hard on her, but she loved it and wouldn't trade it for anything.
Well, my whole day is going to be all screwy and I don't think I'll make it to the gym for my 4:30 class. I will work out at home, though. Reason? My sister just called me. She picked DSs up at school since they had an early dismissal. DS5's glasses broke at school (frames cracked). Luckily, DS8 had the same frames a few years ago. So, I am going to go home & get those frames to see if we can pop DS5's lenses in them. Then I have to back track back to my sister's house to pick the kids up. Then we will have to go to the eye doctor's to have them order him a new pair. Ugh! I'm sure this will take at least until 4:30. Hopefully, I can do a dvd or go running or walking outside. Maybe DH will cook dinner tonight...:laughing:
Other than that, it sounds like lots of people are doing well here. I know life can get busy and we (especially women) tend to put others first, but remember to take care of yourself! Oh, and where is Christopher? He's having so much fun on his cruises while we are all at home chugging along :rotfl:
Have a great day everyone!
Already awake and not happy about it. :( Need sleep. Or at least more of it.
I will try to nap later this morning, but will set an alarm so that I sleep for no more than 2 hours. I do not think I'll be going to the gym today. I will probably do some WATP and some Wii.
Hope everyone has a great, OP day!
CC, Hope you sleep longer tonight! Thank you for my HH gift! You are amazing and very thoughtful!
As I thought about this question, the first thing that popped into my mind is the image of me wearing a pair of shorts and not feeling like I'm popping out all over!! :rotfl: Also, being as I am in my 40s now, I really don't want to be like my parents and inlaws and not be fit enough to walk around WDW as I get older. Sounds crazy, but it's true!! My mom had open heart surgery in February and ended up losing 20 lbs during her two week hospital stay. I am proud that she has been walking, doing physical therapy and eating good and has kept the majority of it off! She says I have inspired her with the change in my eating habits and exercising! YAY!!! :banana:
Lynda, congrats to your mom, and to you for being an inspiration to her! Way to go! Being fit enough to walk around WDW is definitely a motivation!
Congrats to all our Losers!!!!
Had some troubles getting on dis this weekend. Glad to be here now!
Liz--hope your toe is better.
Lisa--super job finishing your "marathon!!!"
Well done!!! to all our racers out there
I've done my stretching class and taken my walk. Now I need to see exactly what is missing from my bare cupboards and go to the market. Baseball games all this week and DS2 has evening choir rehearsals. He has me worried. He got a letter from the rotary club inviting him to a meeting next week about study abroad during junior year. His first question was, "Will they speak English?" Depends on where you go. Second question, "Will they feed me?" Typical boy. :lmao: But he is seriously considering it. gulp :worried:
Better go get some work done around here! Have a super Tuesday.
Congrats on that awesome opportunity for your son! Sounds like his priorities are in order! My boys are the same way! That's awesome! Let us know how the meeting goes. Rotary does so much.
OK so today I walked only. My body and mind really wanted to run but I wanted to see what my walk pace was. I did ok, better then I thought. My average pace was 16.9 min/mi so I'm pretty happy. Obviously it's not fast enough for Disney standards but with walking only I think I can handle the pacing requirements. My average speed was 3.6 mph.
I had a headwind the first half of the track and a tail wind when you go back the other way so that was interesting paying attention to how my body adjusted. I also found that if I walked up on my toes more, I was a lot faster, closer to a 4.0 mph pace.
The last 1/2 of the second lap was hard, I really wanted to slow down but I just used everyones blog pics and the rundisney pics to visualize DH and me running through each park. And I was ticking down, Epcot down, 3 parks to go, run through the Castle, Up towards Spaceship Earth towardss the big Hat. It was really motivating!! I know, I'm such a dork! LOL But I tapped out at 3.9 mph for a bit so it worked!
I fought with my stupid water bag and earbuds though so I need a different bag/belt and over the ear earbuds with that little hooky thing. ERGH!
Anyway I've gotten 12707 steps in today so far and we have a track meet so I can probably bank another 5000 before the day is over.
Need to go join the April fitness challenge!!!
C-Ya later!
BernardandMissBianca, way to go today! All those steps! And sometimes it is good to just walk, even though you wanted to run, not only to give your body a break, but to just see where your walk pace is. You were very close to a 16 minute mile, so you would be just fine on race day. Everything moves faster on race day. I don't know what it is- adrenaline, being pushed along by the sea of people walking/running with you, the crowd, or just knowing you are finally doing your race, but race day pace goes faster than you think. Congrats and good for you!
I think its great to visualize Disney when facing some tough miles or minutes. I do it all the time. Or my kids (if its not one of THOSE days that I'm running to get my sanity back, lol), or just whatever, my mind wanders. Its really tough sometimes and I applaud you for finding ways to get through the harder part of your walk. :cool1:
Well, I'm sitting here waiting on a friend to text me then we are going on a run, and tonight I have Run Club. Hopefully if all goes according to plan I will have two runs in today.
BernardandMissBianca What do you use to measure your mileage when you run and walk, and what do you use to measure your steps all day?
Hi! For today's QOTD, I have to say that I'm inspired largely by my kids. They have so much energy and love, and I feel like anything less than my best isn't what I want to give them. So I worked to get my weight down, and I work now to demonstrate a healthy, active lifestyle to them. And it seems to be working - DDs both want to run with us!
I'm inspired by my WW group (3 people there with losses over 50 pounds) and by you wonderful ladies, who don't let an off day kill your overall efforts. And finally, I'm starting to inspire myself. With every new thing I try and end up liking (hello, running!), I learn I'm stronger than I ever believed I was. Not bad for someone staring at 40 in 3 1/2 months, right? :)
XO
Hi Everyone!
I took a nap this morning and felt much better. Unfortunately, I fell asleep before I set an alarm and slept for 5 hours. Oops. Hopefully, I will sleep well tonight. I need more thn 5 hours of sleep, especially after 2 nights in a row of so few hours, so I probably will be fine. :goodvibes
I am stress eating less, but still stress eating. I did not go to the gym today nor have I exercised yet so today has not been OP at all. Tomorrow should be a better day. I plan to drink some extra water tonight. I am getting used to drinking more water. ;)
Off to take care of something. Will probably check back in later.
