Biggest Loser Fall Challenge!

I didn't mean to disappear either. I spent last Wednesday-Sunday on a last minute trip to La Habra (about 15 minutes from Disneyland) with some wonderful friends. They are my two favorite roommates from college, and we haven't seen much of each other the last 3 years. (We were pretty good about the 5 years post-grad before that!) It was a wonderful trip, (even if we never even made it to downtown Disney - one friend was days away from having her 2nd baby and the other had a needy 7-week old baby!) but I ate way too much chocolate. I was up about 3-4 lbs when I got back! :( But I have kicked into high gear and have bee (almost) religiously planning my entire menu before I eat it each day, staying quite low-carb, lower-fat, and high protein, and I have already lost it all! I am sticking with this during most of the next two months (with like a day "off" for Thanksgiving and Christmas) because I need some fast results. I seem to be quite marvelous at -maintaining- a weight, but I haven't actually lost any in about 6 months now. Time for a crack down to see some progress! I also jogged 3.5 miles with my sister yestrday morning (with very little walking!) and though it wiped me out, I already feel a little more confident about the Turkey Trot (5k on Thanksgiving)! I promise to be move present here. I need the motivation!

Good morning all!

QOTD for Saturday, November 3, 2012:

(Continuing on in "The Thin Commandments Diet book")

Commandment #2:

"Think Historically, Not Just Calorically"

This chapter is talking about our history with certain foods.... specially things that we call "triggers". "Two people may have very different history or response to a single 100 calorie cookie. For one person, the cookie may be satisfying - so much so that the person has never abused cookies in his life. For someone else, that one cookie may trigger them to want more and more and even binge on a whole box. Knowing which is true for you may ultimately prove more important to your long term success at weight control than knowing that the cookie has 100 calories."

This chapter mentions more than just trigger foods... they also mention "trigger situations", "trigger behaviors", and "trigger times". I know for myself, late night + hungry + tired = bad new in the kitchen!

So what are your triggers and what strategies have you developed (or are you developing) to deal with these??

Anything with sugar is a trigger for me! It sounds bad, but anything sweet is huge for me. It's like it opens a dam and then I can't stop eating sweets! Today my mom and I went to this little place to have brunch after weigh-in, and they have the yummiest coffee cake. I had way too many pieces! But I definitely am back on track today. The way I deal with it to just start back on plan right after that meal!

Glad to have you back with us. Sounds like fun with the friends...I'm envious !

I think you are right on track for some good losses for the next few weeks. I find when I really watch my carbs it helps a lot. Just don't deprive yourself too much!

Lunch is done and cleaned up, DS is off to school for the final performance, and DD and I watched last night's ANTM. The sun is finally out so the laundry should be drying. Time to sit at the scrapping table for a bit!.............P

Happy Saturday all! :goodvibes

I will be taking each QOTD from a book I am currently reading called "The Thin Commandments Diet". So far I am finding a LOT of great food for thought in this book!!

QOTD for Friday, November 1, 2012

Commandment #1:

Strategy is Stronger than Willpower. ".... those who succeed at weight control do not have greater willpower than those who fail - they just have better strategies."

When I read this statement in this book, it was a definite lightbulb  moment for me. Folks have been asking me for a few years "how did you finally do it?" and "how are you keeping it off?" And I kept telling them that if I could answer that question intelligently (other than my pat answer of WW and exercise), I would write a book! Well... this statement is my answer. I developed new and better strategies.

What are YOUR best strategies... for any food/exercise related situation?? (If you have trouble thinking of something, think about this week's Halloween temptations... how did you handle that?).

My strategies have a way of changing depending on the situation. Halloween candy: got stuff we didn't like at the last minute and gave it all away. Exercising: race training helps with that. Also having an extra set of workout clothes in the car. No excuse not to go. ;)

QOTD: My best strategy is chocolate milk. When I am craving chocolate I make myself a nice, cold glass. For exercise it is getting up at 5 AM. Not fun, and today I didn't do it (thanks 11 PM phone call and 3:30 AM dog). DH is an exercise fiend in the evening, but I just can't do that cuz I think it takes away "family time." Even if we're all looking at different screens, at least we're in the same room! :happytv:

So today I didn't get my 5:30 AM 3 mile walk in, but I was able to meet my girlfriends midway through their walk so got in 2.1 miles! It was so wonderful to walk with my buddies again!!! :cloud9: Gosh I miss them, and the fast pace!

Great strategies, Linda! Have a magical time on your DLR trip. I will be thinking of your when I am in WDW. :smickey: I hope you get to ride Radiator Springs Racers -- do the single rider line if you have to. ::yes::

I have been doing awful for the past few weeks -- I can't seem to get myself motivated

Hang in there Michelle! It's amazing how many people I know her and on MFP who are having to do a reboot right now. We can do it! :thumbsup2

Has anyone heard from Dona??? I probably should go back and read a couple of pages, but just wanted to see if she was ok. I know she is in New Jersey, though not sure how close to the most effected areas? Thanks!

Hi Rose! :wave2: Nice to see you! I see Pamela answered your question about Dona.

Just a quick fly-by post from Disney! :goodvibes

Been having a good time so far and spent today at Epcot. It hasn't been overly crowded (we've walked pretty much on everything) and I have been writing like crazy in my notebook for my TR. I think I'll be coming back a few lbs lighter too, although not for the greatest reasons... You'll be reading all about it soon enough.

But we're all doing ok and resting up for Hollywood Studios tomorrow! Beauty and the Beast: Live on Stage tomorrow! YAY! I'll try to update again if I can!

Sorry you had a touch of the bug, Ashley. Hope you are having a magical time! pixiedust:

Good morning all!

So what are your triggers and what strategies have you developed (or are you developing) to deal with these??

I think a trigger behavior is more of a problem for me. The time between when I come home from work and dinner is dangerous for me -- we always had cocktails and nibbles at my house and then ate a full dinner -- not a recipe for weightloss success. :upsidedow I try to eat earlier and have healthy snacks available to satisfy that need for munching.

Sounds like you are all ready for your run! :thumbsup2 That maintaining success is what is needed when you are done! ::yes::

Great strategy, Kaiti! :thumbsup2

I think it was Cam who used to always say "Your next bite is a chance to get it right."

T-minus four days and counting for me. :jumping1: A week from tonight Rose and I will be running the W&D along with about 15,000 of our closest friends. Anyone else doing this race that I am forgetting? I'm so excited and really looking forward to getting my Coast-to-Coast medal. :tink:

Don't forget to "fall back" tonight!

falling apart!!!!! I cannot go backwards again this week. I am up several pounds the last few weeks  , have bailed on reporting in to Samantha because I'm so embarrassed :worried: and need to get my act together! Looks like we are doing a trip to Disney next month :thumbsup2 that was totally unplanned  and I do NOT want to go feeling like this :( ! Ugh! Gym bag is packed and I *WILL* get my cr@p together this week! ::yes::

I have an appt with my trainer tomorrow and will be starting the Advocare 24 day Challenge on Monday so my dear fat cells....get off my butt!

QOTD: I'm a stress/emotional eater, but exercise helps. Lately I've been having a problem with after work/before dinner. My strategy for that has been to chew the heck out of a piece of gum!

Last night at 10:30 our doorbell rang and DS1 was at the door. surprise! :goodvibes Apparently it was father's weekend at college, but tickets to all the events were gone, so he decided to hitch a ride home. But then the crazy kid decided to spend the night at a friend's house. go figure :confused3 Whatever, we had a nice little visit, then he came home today. He and DH are at Buffalo Wild Wings now eating and watching some football game. Think his ride back to college will be around before too long so he can make it back before his team's game. He's said tomorrow is a big study session for his math class. His TA for one class is trapped back east, and he says she's fine but it's aggravating because she hasn't input grades. Leave it to a teenager to have the world revolve him. :clown:

I'm "thinking" about packing and the trip. 5 more days :cool1:

I'm Here! I'm Here! I'm Here!!!

This is our busiest time of year, even busier than December Holidays. We make a big "to-do" out of halloween and then our DD's birthday is the following week so I am always slammed with party prep, school party prep, fundraiser prep and halloween!

But....I'm still losing! :)

I managed to only steal THREE mini-york peppermint patties out of DD6's treat bag. They are my all time favorite...plus they are gluten free! :) What a major treat! I'm still trying hard to break back down into the 170's, but I felt like splurging a bit this week. It was a very nice pick me up!

So glad to see so many of our east-coaster friends faired the storm well. Been thinking of y'all lots!

Better run. My folks are here visiting this weekend...gotta get them fed!:lmao:

:thumbsup2 I've been better about leaving a set of workout gear in the car as well.

Hang in there Michelle! It's amazing how many people I know her and on MFP who are having to do a reboot right now. We can do it! :thumbsup2

I can see that it could be a tough time for folks.... the motivation of bikini season is behind us, we want to do some comfort eating when it is cold and dark, life is crazy busy again with kids activities... and holiday stress is starting to creep in. But as I mentioned a few days ago, now is a GREAT TIME to get remotivated and start 2013 off on a high note!

WOOHOO! Can't wait to see your medals! I'm so impressed!

Thanks for the clock change reminder.... I didn't need it this year, but I have at times in years past!

Sounds like you are ready to get back on track! You've got a few weeks to get yourself feeling better about next month's trip. What a great motivator!

Nice surprise! I'm sure I'd be delighted for a visit from a college child!

WOOHOO on 5 days!!

I did that too a few weeks ago :( , but I'm back on track now and I know you will be, too! Hope you have a great week - cheering for you :cheer2:

Glad to see you back and ready to rock this with us!

WOW! Finally some friends to talk to!! :cheer2:

Sorry I didn't make it on this morning before church to post the QOTD. But with the light crowds here lately, I figured people weren't exactly lined up at their computers waiting! :rotfl:

We went to church and a quick stop at the grocery. Then home for me to make nice homemade pizzas for lunch and we FINALLY got to watch this past week's Survivor together. Dinner will be leftovers and whatever and we will watch Amazing Race before bed.

I made a new recipe last night and it was SO YUMMY! It is supposed to be a breakfast recipe, but I made it for DD and I for dessert last night. I can't WAIT to have it for breakfast some day! I'll share the recipe after I get the QOTD posted! ..............................P

QOTD for Sunday, November 4, 2012:

Commandment #3:

The Problem May Be in the Food, Not in You. "... research is exploring how the foods you eat today may change the chemistry of your brain in such a way as to increase your appetite and cravings for these and other foods - even without you being aware that this process is taking place."

"... overconsumption of fructose seems to alter appetite-regulating hormones in a way that stimulates overeating."

"Stress also depletes your body's glycogen fuel reserves. And the longer and more intense the stress, the lower your blood sugar will dip, which often leads to carbohydrate cravings."

"If the body has been deprived of sufficient calories during the day, the levels of metabolic regulator neuropeptide Y will rise once one starts eating. This leads to greater cravings for food, especially carbohydrates... At that point, it's hard to resist the body's chemical signals to consume. You turn into an eating automaton, without being aware of it. If you think you're an intelligent, responsible person, it's spooky how little control you have over this."

"Sleep deprivation is known to jump-start your appetite, particularly carbohydrate cravings."

So many of these are things that we need to be aware of so that we can plan for them (and plan to AVOID them) and keep in control. Things like stress, over-eating sugar, under-eating or meal skipping, and lack of sleep have HUGE consequences in regards to our appetite, hunger, and food control.

Are you guilty of letting some of these things control your appetite? Do you skip breakfast (or breakfast AND lunch), thinking that you are skipping calories so you can lose weight? Or you're just too busy? Do you get enough sleep? If not, what is your excuse? Could you make changes to your schedule to allow more sleep?

Are you doing things to help alleviate stress? Yoga, meditation, prayer?

What POSITIVE changes can you make (other than food changes) in your life to help you and your body and your brain start making better food choices???

Pumpkin Pie Quinoa Breakfast Casserole

by Leanne Vogel
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients (2 servings)
Bake
2/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup quinoa red or white would work
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch ground nutmeg
pinch ground ginger
Topping
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
1.5 tbsp finely ground almond flour
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly oil a 4 cup casserole dish. [I used a small dab of coconut oil]
In a small bowl combine all ingredients, minus the topping. Stir until fully mixed, then pour into prepared casserole dish.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all topping ingredients. After the 30 minutes are up, remove casserole from oven and sprinkle topping over top of the casserole.
Return to the oven and cook uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden. [Mine was ready in 12 minutes]

Here is a link to the website where I found the recipe. She had some other interesting ones you might want to check out!

http://www.healthfulpursuit.com/recipage/?recipe_id=6005618

I made a slightly different crumb topping. I substituted quick cook oats for the 1/4 C of pecans. I also used just 1/2 Tb of maple syrup in the topping and only 1 tsp. of the coconut oil. That said, when I was eating it for dessert I felt it wasn't quite sweet enough so I topped my serving with another Tb. of the syrup. It would probably be sweet enough for breakfast though. I tried it both room temp and warm and WARM was definitely better.

ENJOY!..................P

I ran the 5K at the zoo yesterday and then went back today with my 2 godchildren and their brother (6,6 and 8) ....

A 2 year old was killed right where we took break to have a snack. People were yelling and screaming. At first I thought an animal got out and quickly took the children into the eatery in front of the wild dog exhibit. As I kept distracting the children so that they weren't listening or watching the adults crying, I found out a child fell into the exhibit. We were kept in the eatery, however, everything was happening right outside. I could detail more, but, I really don't want to upset anyone.

Please keep these people in your prayers. I am still so shook up over the incident. I took the children home and they kept asking what happened. They heard that someone fell into the exhibit and I told them that the ambulance was there and would take them to the hospital and make them better. :sad1: We were evacuated from the zoo and when I came home I found out the child died.

Thanks for reading/listening everyone. I will catch up of the boards tomorrow. And give your loved ones a hug tonight.

Oh Fran I am so sorry that you were right there in the midst of a tragedy, especially
with your little ones there. Sending you :hug; and WISHes for peace.

Well it has been an interesting week...my DH was diagnosed with diabetes last week and we have been struggling to figure out what to do ever since :( we have not been provided with education or diet guidelines so we have been trying to research online to try and figure it out....needless to say my diet has went to hell as I have been so stressed that I have been binge eating junk food when he is not around :(
So need to get a grip....my weight has been up and down the same 3 lbs for the past couple weeks as well so that is not helping my motivation. GGGRRRRRRR

so now to get that grip!! Diabetes fair is at hospital on Wednesday so we will be attending that. we need o get exercising however he will be hitting the gym during the day and I want to try and comity to at least 2 nights after work...
Hate to step on the scale in the morning but am going to see what type of damage I have done over the weekend....

Hope all is well with everyone...and everyone is safe!!!!

What s horrible tragedy at the zoo :( I can't even imagine...
Sounds like everyone is having a great time at Disney (jealous) and have had some amazing races...I had hoped to find one around thanksgiving but may have to wait till the jingle bell run...

Will try to get more focused and check in more often....j

Hi all-- it's been a crazy week and a half for us in NYC. I've been very lucky that everyone is safe, our stuff is OK, our car is OK, and we did have our power restored relatively quickly. My PC power cord shorted out (and/or my cat ate it out of stress--it's hard to tell what really happened)... My sisters and dad just happened to be here visiting--it was very odd to play host when we couldn't leave the apartment! The big plus was that Matt and I got the week off of work because there was no power at our office and our servers were down. The week of true rest was much appreciated--there was no where we could go and nothing we could do! It was very nice to spend a lot of time with my loved ones.

So we just got back from Best Buy tonight with a replaced cable so I can access my files and the DIS again. We are getting ready to face what awaits us in lower Manhattan tomorrow when we go back to work. I will do the numbers as best as I can tomorrow night and send out as many messages back as I can.

Thanks everyone for your patience--I'm sorry to have been MIA but I'm sure you can all understand that this has been a pretty crazy week. I'm still in in shock over all of the people who have lost their homes and their lives in my backyard, in neighborhoods that Matt and I visit to go to the beach and to volunteer. Planting trees on Far Rockaway was actually our first date the weekend we got together three years ago, the last week in October. Breezy Point--the place where the fire was--is on the Rockaways. I'm hearing that the situation out there is just unbelievable--people who have gone back to be at home are have no good access to food with empty grocery stores, no good public transportation, no cars (because they lost them in the water), or, if they did get their car out ahead of time, no good access to gas to get back and forth. And this is actually, generally, a really poor area of NYC.

There are people lined up with gas canisters on my block in lines that seem to be taking hours. A lot of cab drivers live in our neighborhood so they have to drive to work and need access to gas to make a living. That's kind of surreal to me--I've never experienced a gas shortage like that before. We even passed someone in our apartment building who was coming up the stairs with a water cooler jug (like the office cooler kind) full of gas--as you can imagine, we called the building super and the police over that one once we realized what we saw and that got shut down very quickly. I can't imagine what I'm going to see when I go back to work tomorrow.

Lots of love and positive thoughts to everyone out here--I've missed you guys and I will be back on top of things tomorrow. :grouphug:

Oh my GOSH! I heard about this on the news this morning! I was thinking of you doing that zoo run, but never imagined it was actually at this same zoo!

Prayers for the family of the child.... prayers for you and your children. This could definitely give them some anxiety and stress for a while to come. I am so sorry you had to be there for this.

Oh my! I'm very sorry that your husband was diagnosed with this. I would DEFINITELY contact my health insurance company and see what they could offer and what they cover as far as nutritionist/dietician visits, health club coverage, etc. And, as you have already started doing.... READ! Read everything you can find on the management of Type II diabetes (presuming it is Type II). The best news is, that assuming it is Type II, this can be control and even CURED with diet, exercise, and weight loss!

The sooner he gets control of this, the better for EVERY PART of his body! You can be his inspiration, his leader, with your healthy eating and exercise. This could end up leading to a new healthier lifestyle for the entire family!

Will try to get more focused and check in more often....j

I have an opportunity to do a 5K Turkey Trot on T.giving, but I am leary of committing. A Jingle Bell run sounds like fun.... but COLD! If you really want to do a Turkey day run, I'll bet you could find one within a one hour drive. It might be a great new healthy tradition to start for the holidays!

Nice that you found a silver lining in the black cloud of Hurricane Sandy. Some of the nicer visits I've had with my folks have been when we've gone to visit in the aftermath of ice storms.... without power we have no heat or water.... so if we are desperate we can visit my folks.... even without power they still have a wood stove and town water. And with no power, we have no television or computers to distract us! Kind of like a big indoor camping party!

Anyhow... we are SO happy to hear from you! We have all been concerned about our friends in the NY/NJ area! Many prayers have been going out for you all! Still haven't heard from Dona since Monday afternoon and fingers crossed that she is doing fine but without power.

So we just got back from Best Buy tonight with a replaced cable so I can access my files and the DIS again. We are getting ready to face what awaits us in lower Manhattan tomorrow when we go back to work. I will do the numbers as best as I can tomorrow night and send out as many messages back as I can.

Don't worry too much about us here! We are certainly a minor concern in the grand scheme of all you are dealing with right now.

:grouphug:

We've missed you too, but I'm sure I can speak for the group when I say that we are just glad you and your family are well and safe. Life around your area will take on a NEW "normal" eventually. It will never geographically look the same again... I imagine Spring will really look different next year.

After the tornado last year in MA that hit my folks area, I can NEVER drive through there again without it looking strange to me. I grew up there and lived there for over 20 years.... and to see areas that were ALWAYS old growth forest/woods that are now FLAT.... just can't get used to it.

Again, we are just happy you are well. Everything else is just "extra".

Morning friends! Got called to work today. Didn't think I would, as it is already a short week (no school tomorrow due to voting), but the woman I covered last week is still sick. At least I know it is an easy schedule.

Since I did NOT anticipate working today, I didn't do the prep I needed for today's dinner (new recipe for the crockpot), so I had to do some last minute changes to the menu. Managed to get Wednesday's chicken cacciatore into the crockpot for tonight. Didn't have as many veggies prepped as I would have liked, but we will make it work.

Chose to have yesterday as my "splurge" day (I've been craving some chocolate and popcorn) and was horrified to realize that the new brand of pizza crust I used for lunch was MUCH HIGHER in calories/Points than the type I usually use. My "healthy" pizza for lunch cost me 11 Points (out of a daily 18)! And that was with just 2 Points worth of cheese plus lots of veggies! So I was done with my Points for the day by the time I ate my chocolate treat. Oh well. I'm counting everything else I ate for the day out of my weekly Points and am moving forward today. I didn't do nearly as much damage as I could have with the chocolate and I enjoyed every bite (had a few of the fun-size candies leftover from Halloween).

Got my gym bag packed for our dash to the Nashua Y after school today. Monday's swim practice starts at 3:30, but my kids don't get out of school until 3pm and the pool is an hour away. We do the best we can, but the coach realizes that we will NEVER be on time on Monday's. DD forgot to pack herself a snack for after school and after swim, but fortunately her wonderful Mom ;) keeps a small stash of healthy bars in the car (Clif bars, Lara bars, etc), so she won't starve.

Off to post the QOTD...............P

Commandment #4:

Structure Gives Control "What all diets have in common is structure. They all achieve weight loss because they give you a blueprint for eating." "..... yet they fail to teach you the right strategies to keep you from returning to out-of-school eating. They don't help you see the critical connection between structure and weight control." "Your eating structure is either a bridge to control or it promotes failure in weight loss."

What are the things that give your healthy eating "structure"?

I am trying to be sure that I am still getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night, even with the changes in my schedule this fall. It is hard sometimes, but I am trying.

I am generally not a person who deals with a lot of stress, but there have been some things that have been on my mind lately. I need to take steps to work on those things rather than push them aside.... that would definitely eliminate those stresses.

My current Bible study definitely makes a connection between prayer and healthy eating and I am finding it really nice. I just need to remember to put it to work on the days BETWEEN studies! :scratchin

One last quick note. My Dad is in the hospital today for a procedure (going on right now) to help with a kidney issue that was discovered during his body scan after his cancer diagnosis (although it is unrelated to the cancer). Prayers for him today and this week please! He is really feeling down about all of this and could REALLY use a spirit lifter. Extra prayers and pixie dust would help with that! Thanks...................P

I am really going to start with my pilates DVD's again, and I want to start a thankful journal. That way if I feel upset or frustrated or something, I can just take a glance at my journal and hopefully it will help me realize that if I'm thankful for my health, I don't really want that slice of cake!

Pumpkin Pie Quinoa Breakfast Casserole

by Leanne Vogel
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients (2 servings)
Bake
2/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup quinoa red or white would work
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch ground nutmeg
pinch ground ginger
Topping
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
1.5 tbsp finely ground almond flour
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly oil a 4 cup casserole dish. [I used a small dab of coconut oil]
In a small bowl combine all ingredients, minus the topping. Stir until fully mixed, then pour into prepared casserole dish.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all topping ingredients. After the 30 minutes are up, remove casserole from oven and sprinkle topping over top of the casserole.
Return to the oven and cook uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden. [Mine was ready in 12 minutes]

Here is a link to the website where I found the recipe. She had some other interesting ones you might want to check out!

http://www.healthfulpursuit.com/recipage/?recipe_id=6005618

I made a slightly different crumb topping. I substituted quick cook oats for the 1/4 C of pecans. I also used just 1/2 Tb of maple syrup in the topping and only 1 tsp. of the coconut oil. That said, when I was eating it for dessert I felt it wasn't quite sweet enough so I topped my serving with another Tb. of the syrup. It would probably be sweet enough for breakfast though. I tried it both room temp and warm and WARM was definitely better.

ENJOY!..................P

Ooooo, this sounds yummy!!

I try to stay on plan as much as possible during the weekends, that's where I tend to lose structure. Also, I try to cook for myself and my DBF- that helps a lot! That way I don't only cook for one, and I'm much less inclined to want to go to just pick something up on the way home from a fast food place.

He also told me yesterday I'm in charge of food...and I may need some help from you guys! He is NOT a veggie eater, and I want to get that changed! Do you guys have any tips to sneak veggies into your diets or your kids diets??
