This is exactly how I feel! I have never been one for video games but I like this game and it keeps me working out as I don't want to miss one of my routines! I currently have it set to 5 30 minute moderate workouts a week. Sometimes I think I'd really like to do only 4 days but I need to keep going so am afraid if I miss a day I'll regret it so I'm keeping these setting till it gets too easy for me. (Which could be awhile!)
I know what you mean!! I love it. I am also doing the 30 minute moderate workouts and they really get your heart beating quick. I am going to try to do them every single day, even on the weekends, but we will see.

I was wondering when I should bump it up, but I think 30 minutes is plenty for me right now. My next goal will be 45 minutes. Maybe in a couple of weeks or so I will feel like moving it. I am so sore right now!

I got on the wii fit and did a few of those things before dinner and I am so proud!!
I like playing with two people at the same time though because it made the time go by faster. 

YAY!!! I'm glad someone else has joined us!!
I am also doing both of them. I will weigh again today, but I was 3 pounds more on the BLC than I was on my home scale. I'll see what the wii fit says today and let you know.
I have got to push through and watch what I eat over this weekend. It's hard with the kids & DH home, and going out to eat. I am determined to do this though so this weekend will be my first real challenge. I just got to think "I CAN DO THIS!!".
It feels so good to be back in control!!

I am so sore, but it feels good in a weird way.
