Biggest Loser Again

Nothing Conda says surprises me.

I don't like any of these three. I'm rooting for whoever comes back from the elimination players. Wait. That now could be Jeremy, or Mark, or Buddy, if they had chosen to stay and honor their contracts rather than leave.
No Way.

Kim has been working really hard, as of late, and her numbers finally paid off for her. She did the right thing at the right time.

I don't understand the walk off at all. Don't these 5 realize that they were all being given a 2nd chance at winning the entire thing? How is that wrong? All they have to do is show how strong they are. Now, or in the final challenge, which I can't wait to see.

I don't think Mark or Buddy can even participate anymore since they walked off. Isn't that the way it was a couple years ago with Rulon? (or whatever his name was) I remember he never showed up at the finale.

Yes we will not be seeing Mark or Buddy at the finale. Well maybe Mark will be in the audience for Chism. They were both fired from the show, or at least that was what was said when we first heard of the walkout.

Can't wait to see who comes back, hope it is not Jeremy.

Kim is so skinny I really don't think she should be losing too much more. Her arms look really muscluar now too. Can't believe she pulled a 15.

Looking at there before shots can't believe how big they really were. Conda and Jeremy still have a lot to lose yet though.

I don't understand why they left this week; no one was brought back until after the weigh-in. Or did things change because of the walk-out? I was surprised that Kim lost 15 pounds at this point. Our tv listing had Olivia, John and Patrick as guests, so I guess this didn't go as planned. And I can't believe Buddy followed Mark. Mark probably would have been gone this week anyway and could have come back for the finale.

I don't understand why they were acting like The Biggest Quitters! Seriously, you signed a contract-you are on a GAME SHOW! It's not about doing what's right for 'them' or whatever Buddy was trying to spit out at Bob and Dolvet. He wasn' making any sense! If I was Buddy or Mark's wife I would be so mad that they quit like that. Seriously, they could've had a shot at the prize, the take-home prize or at least to make a living as some BL advocate or trainer-now they're just quitters.

I would have loved to see the lawyer meeting with all 5 of them. The look on Jeremy's face was the best! Um, here's what you signed guys!

I have new respect for Jeremy, Conda and Kim knowing that they did the right thing and stayed.

And a question-Who was the girl in the previews who kept saying "I'm back"? I didn't recognize her at all!

I was shocked when Conda said Kim didn't deserve to be there.

Me too! Kim worked her *** off!

I used to HATE HATE HATE Kim. But the past month or so I've really grown to like her and she's who I'm hoping wins. (I don't see how Conda can win.)

This is by far the worst season of BL EVER! I hope they go back to more inspirational people with a little drama thrown in instead of a bunch of drama with a few inspirations thrown in.

I need to check the Biggest Loser website and familiarize myself with the eliminated players. It should be interesting to see how they all look next week.

I really hope this season doesn't mean the end for Biggest Loser. Hopefully people will come back and watch again next season and hope for a better group.

I agree! Wasn't Kim the BL on the whole Ranch even when Buddy and Mark were there? I think Conda and Jeremy really thought it would be the 2 of them heading to the finals. But she couldn't very well say "Jeremy worked harder than me!"

What a bunch of losers! and NOT the Biggest Loser. So, they stayed and honored the contract. so, what? They have been brats the entire show and just followed the leader til now. Kim...she annoys me. Wasn't she just 2 weeks ago mad at everyone that they eliminated Emily because she was a threat?, but now she is praising everyone and was going to follow their lead to walk off the show?? No one deserves to win.

BTW...I love how they caught Bob brushing his teeth. LOL (at least it looks like that was what he was doing.)

This is what I was thinking last night, too. They get soooooo close. At least a 2/5 chance of making it to the finale. Then they act like prissy brats. There'd be hell to pay if I suffered through MONTHS of being a single parent so that my DH could do this and then he throws a tantrum and quits in the final hour?!?

Who was it who said that he watched EVERY season of BL and they never brought a past contestant back as a finalist. Really? Maybe he missed the last season? Helllllloooooooo.... does the name Ramon (ain't he just a hottie!) ring any bells?

Oh, and then they were saying that only they "deserve" to be in the finale because they worked the hardest. Again.... really?!?! So someone who was sent home... amidst the day-to-day stresses and old, bad eating habits and chips in the cupboard and people at work bringing in cake and bagels and crap... without the benefit of personal trainers and food management.... who STILL manages to lose a ton of weight somehow doesn't "deserve" to win?

I was yelling at the TV last night - "send all 5 of em packing and bring 5 back who were sent home". NONE of those 5 deserve to win, IMHO.

I would have loved to see the lawyer meeting with all 5 of them. The look on Jeremy's face was the best! Um, here's what you signed guys!

I'm not so sure they stayed in order to "do the right thing" and honor their contracts. I think they simply realized that they had a better chance at winning now that Mark & Buddy walked!

I really do hope that next season of BL finds a much better class of contestants. :sad2:

I still believe if they would had the yellow line all season things would have been better. And I bet the read will read & re-read anything they sign from now on.

I just amazes me that the 2 people who should have the most faith have the least

Kae

I think Mark was the ring leader in this whole mess and the rest followed. What a bunch of brats!

I was thinking that Anaconda and Jeremy came up with this plan to trick the others into leaving.

They are all jerks that don't deserve to win. I think the best thing would be is if when they bring back the contestants next week if adriann or dapphne earn the right to come back. that would surely tick some off them off.

I was thinking that Anaconda and Jeremy came up with this plan to trick the others into leaving.

I wouldn't be surprised, but the trick is on them. The whole time Kim never really seemed all that committed to leaving if you ask me. I wondered if she just went along with the others until she learned who would leave. And then when Mark and Buddy left, she realized her 2 biggest threats were gone and she'd be in the best position to win it all. Now I've only watched a couple of seasons so I'm not sure how it all works, but right now between her and Conda she's in the strongest position to win it all.

And Conda.... I know that little "look back" thing they did was supposed to show us how much she has changed and matured. But she hasn't changed one bit, she is still as mean and unkind as she has been all along. Her little outburst about Kim proved it. I am not a fan of her or Jeremy but of the two, I truly wish he was the one in the final instead of her.

After this season I don't think I can watch it again.

Conda...Wow!
Her comment about Kim was so mean spirited.
Her brother is her puppet, poor guy.
What an opportunity all of these people had, and they really don't seem to appreciate it.

My take on things:

I thing Mark was the ring leader.
I think he knew statistically that he would not win the grand prize because his over all percentage of weight to lose was lower than a lot of peoples.
With Buddy out of the way, Chism has a better chance at winning the at home prize because he was a big dude too, Buddy was his biggest competition. Jeremy was the other threat to Chism's win. Get Buddy and Jeremy to walk, Chism has a decent shot at getting back on the ranch, Chism could take the whole prize home. It's a gamble but it could work.
We know the ones that quit early on, like Buddy's brother, have slim chances of getting back on the show.
Now if Mark knew that Chism had a secure spot coming back into the house, this never would have happened.

Personally I'd have fired the lot of them, and either brought people back or I would have said screw it and start over. 2 things that piss me off the most was their dismissal of Dolvett and Bob's feelings saying that it's not about them, that's a load of horse pucky. They busted their butts to help these people and they crapped on the trainers, producers, Ally, and the fans of the show.
The second thing was the fact that there are people out there that would have died for those spots and those selfish losers robbed people the opportunity to save their lives.

No excuses my butt, sorry excuses for human beings is more like it.

Personally, if I can even stomach watching the finale, I'm rooting for Emily. I'm glad I didn't waste my PALA vote on those 5.

I am going to check wikipedia and write down the final weight of each contestant that left the show.

Our tv listing had Olivia, John and Patrick as guests, so I guess this didn't go as planned.

Here is a link to the unaired clip. It is a challenge with the remaining three contestants and the three previous winners. 8 minutes long but fun to watch.

Holy cow, I think you might be right! I thought Mark was the mastermind the whole time, but couldn't figure out the motive. I think you've nailed it!

I couldn't believed what spewed from Conda's mouth. I'll bet Kim is PO'd big time. I hate Kim but do believe she earned her spot there! It will be interesting to see just how emaciated she will look at the finale. Did you notice how bad the producers made her look (physically) at the meeting with the lawyer? It looked like she had been run over by a truck. They softened up her looks, though, once she decided to stay... LOL!

I used to like Buddy, but not any more. How can he possibly say that it was harder to be at the ranch than to be at home???? I LOVE how Allison pointed out all the benefits of being at the ranch.

BTW, did anyone notice that Allison's voice was shaking when she walked in with the lawyer?

I also think that honestly Jeremy didn't read the contract thoroughly and may have missed the part about everyone coming back but Mark isn't young and naive, I know he had to have read every word. I would have.

I feel bad for Allison, it is an ugly position to be in. But coming from a job (Days of our Lives) where contracts are a big deal, I'm glad she was there so lay people (the contestants) know what they are getting into. I definitely think she's a neutral force in the house. She knows the business but she also have empathy for the contestants.

As for Kim, I don't hate her but I don't get the warm fuzzies from her either. She has her "TV persona" on when the camera are rolling but when you see her with her kids, especially her son, she is a different person. She is there to get the job done and has done that. She will definitely be emaciated at the finale. She's at 147, pretty much at her goal I think. My guess is she's about 5'5" - 5'7" so she's really getting to the point of being to thin. I really didn't think she'd lose the 7 pounds, I was shocked at the 15 pounds. She would have to be around 125 to lose 50% and have the hopes of winning the grand prize, that is not healthy!!!

I'm not surprised at Conda's words. She's young and stupid and immature. Of course she's going to say her brother deserves to be there more than Kim. But honestly if you step back and look, Jeremy could have lost a lot more weight on the ranch as long as he's been there. I don't think I ever really saw 100% effort on his part. He never had his lightbulb moment.

I'm really contemplating writing BL and NBC and telling them, we don't want to drama, save that for the Jersey Shore. We want real people, real stories, and true sportsmanship. Yeah, you may not get the best ratings in the world but you will keep your true diehard fans not just fair weather fans.

So how many of you think that if Jillian was still there, 1/2 of this crap never would have happened? A lot of people don't like her, but she would have kibashed a lot of this mess.

I think Kim must be pretty tall I am 5'6" and I have weight 147 (not lately though...sadly) and I wore a size 12. I only wore a size 6 when I got down to 125. I know some of her weight is muscle, but that seems like a pretty high weight to be wearing a 6 to me.
