Thanks for the kudos, guys. I do appreciate it! When I picked this goal weight, I felt like I was shooting for the moon. Now that I'm here, I feel like I can easily reach the stars.
Saturday QOTD: How do you make time in your day for exercise?
You know, part of the time commitment is how long it takes to get ready/get to the gym/ shower after. Even for a half hour workout, I'm looking at at least an hour! I've been looking at ways to streamline that part of it. Keeping my things together in one place so it's easy to find them is what I've got so far.
When I first started (and still now) the key to fitting in the exercise for me was having a plan for the week. At first it helped that it was very manageable. The C25K plan asks only 30 minutes 3 times a week, but it was enough to get me hooked into a routine. Training plans are my lifeline. I know which days I am doing what and for how long and can plan accordingly. If the thought is "Ugh, I should exercise today" every day, then every day is a chance for guilt. If I'm supposed to do 3 miles today and tomorrow is a rest day, well, then I know I'm running today, whether I do it now when its light out or have to run on the TM later. And if my plan is to attend a fitness class, well, then I'd better get my act together because it's only happening at 9:30!

I think I should get up early to work out but can never drag myself out of bed at the (late) hour of 5:30 lol you are shaming me!

I just have an early to bed/early to rise body clock so I go with it. I only use an alarm clock when I have a plane to catch, otherwise I just wake up.

I did a little of that yesterday.
  Glad that everything is okay!
Anybody can join at anytime! Official weigh in days on Fridays (or as close to it as possible). My next post will be the reminder list for folks who have forgotten to report in, so I'm still accepting weights. If you know you're starting weight, just PM if you want to participate in the weigh in spots.
 very encouraging and welcoming!
