COngrats to all the winners in the challenge for this week. Two monmouth county girls did it this week. Congrats Wendy.
Vija I am so sorry that your son has to go through this. It never happened to my sons but it did happen to me in school and I hated it.
Congrats to you too Dona! Must be something in the air here in Monmouth County!!

Vija, I have no idea how I missed your post about DS. I am so sorry he is going through this! Both of my kids have suffered from bullying at one time or another, and I was the favorite target of more than one bully in my day. I'll keep him, and you, in my prayers.
I hope tomorrow's weigh in is wildly successful for everyone! I am praying for a loss after last week's gain. People who don't know I'm trying to lose have been commenting that I look like I've lost. Well, at 270#, a 3.5 # loss does NOT show!! So we will see. I hope I don't forget to get weighed!
I have to be up at 4:30 AM and leave at 5 for the hospital. My surgery is scheduled for 7:30am, and I should be on my way home by noon. I'm not looking forward to the next few days, and I'm sure my food intake is gonna be a little weird, but I will commit to a) avoiding the foods I'm sensitive to, and b) not overdoing the calories (I will probably have little to no appetite for several days, so that shouldn't be a problem). The hardest thing will be gettng in the protein (as usual) because it's the hardest to digest. I expect the starches will be higher than usual, but that's ok--I'll need to eat something!!! (and there are no fun carbs left for me to eat anyway!!!!

So you all will have to make do with less of my wit and charm for awhile.

Congrats in advance to all the big losers tomorrow, and to those who gain or stay the same, remember, it's not always what you wish it to be, but keep trying and don't give up. Even 3 steps forward and 2 steps back will eventually get you to your destination!!!!
