hey losers...i owe everyone an apology.... RL got in my way last night and i didn't make it back to post our first challenge......please accept my apologies...and without further ado:
For this first challenge each of us will be called to evaluate and meditate on what it is or isnt that they are putting in their mouths. Food is fuel and we as big losers need quality energy to burn body fat during our workouts.
Here is how it works; below you see a list of tasks. For the next 7 days you are challenged to complete as many tasks as you can. During the 7 days of the challenge, keep record of a completed tasks and at the end of the week turn in your final total score.
This challenge is on your honor system, be accurate and honest with the points you award yourself. After all, if you cheat you are only cheating yourself from forming healthy eating habits.

Challenges are meant to be inspiring and motivational; however it is not mandatory to participate. You are welcome to participate at any level you choose, whether it's challenging yourself to finish one task, or all of them...pick a level that is right for you
This challenge begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday January 11 and concludes at midnight Thursday January 17. Total your points and PM or email to PRINCESS VIJA no later than 12 p.m. (EST) on Friday January 18. post any questions you may have and myself or a co-captain will answer you

TASKS:
- Drink eight glasses of at least 8 oz of water each day -- 5 pts for each day you consume 64 ozs of water -- max 35 pts
- Try two new fruits, vegetables or combination of either this week (new is one you have never tasted before) -- 5 pts for each set of 2 new-to-you fruit/veggie -- max 15 pts total for this task
- Instead of snacking -- spend 20 mins engaged in a hobby or interest -- 5 pts for each conscious decision to get busy and skip that snack you are contemplating
-- max 20 pts for this task
- Eat a healthy breakfast every day instead of skipping this meal -- 5 pts for each day you eat a healthy breakfast -- max 35 pts
- No eating of fast-food -- salads and Subway excluded -- 25 pts for the week for avoiding fast-food meals with the exception of salads/Subway
