Biggest Loser 11 Spring Team Challenge--for Losers and Maintainers

today is a new day and another day to get ourselves moving and be healthy.:thumbsup2 I have decided that I really need to stop fooling around and get serious again. I am starting to count and journal again today. I have now gained back 10 of the 35lbs I had lost so I feel like I am starting to fall quicker down the mountain. I need to put the brakes on and move forward in the right direction.

Glad to hear about your fresh start! NOW is the time to get a handle on it! One day at a time!!Tuesday 4/26/11 QOTD-

What is your favorite warm weather meal?

Mine is grilled chicken, a slice of homegrown tomatoe, and corn on the cob.:goodvibes

I kind of made up a summer sandwich last year that I am really looking forward to this summer. Toast a whole wheat SandwichThin....spread with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese (divided between the two) and a TB. of guacamole on each piece. Top this with a thick slice of beefsteak tomato....preferrably just picked and warm from the sun....mmmmmmm!!!

****Well....I told you that I wouldn't be on this morning but apparently I lied!! I just wanted to come on and do this....

:woohoo: and :cool1: and  my SINGLE DIGIT DANCE!! DD and I leave for Mother/Daughter time at WDW in 9 days!!

I am feeling SO FAR behind in my preparations, but you know what? So be it. If the entire house isn't perfectly cleaned before I leave, I will STILL have a great trip!! If the men have to eat take-out pizza every dinner while I'm gone, so be it (and they'd probably like it!). If everything in the suitcases isn't perfectly ironed and organized, so be it!!

Okay....I do have to go load the trash in the car for the transfer station! I hope everyone has a super day. I'll try to hop on tonight after I get back from the Y, but no promises!............................P

:laughing:Good Morning. I tried to skim through yesterday. Life is still in Fast Forward and there have been times when I wonder whether I'm coming or going. I actually asked 3 Dad's that were standing on the sideline if they knew if I was coming or going as it was my third trip to the field last night and I was still heading off to work at 7:15 :lmao: I told DH that I feel like I'm juggling fine china and wondering when I'm going to drop something. So far so good though. I'm am still 100% OP. I lost 5.2 lbs in the first week. I did not have time to send my weigh in to Tracy and I think this was week 3 that I forgot. :rolleyes1 No matter, I'm still accountable and plugging along. Maybe I'll even get to bed before midnight tonight. I'll call that "Me Time"

Only 26 total weigh ins!!!!

I will post the results tomorrow so if you want to still send in your weigh in you have until 2pm tomorrow afternoon!

Have a good night all!

I have a bunch of clothes to hang up in my room so if I want to sleep in my bed tonight I had better get moving!

TTFN :tigger:

And don't worry, I'm not prepared either but it will come together!!

Loads to do today. I'll be gone most of the day. Dentist appt and grocery store are top on my list.

Ugh, gotta leave!!!

I need to join you. Again, started the day off good yesterday, but ended badly. I did buy myself a peanut butter egg, and a dove bunny, and thought I'd be able to slowly enjoy them over weeks, but I polished them both off last night, to the tune of 20 extra points. Good thing is they are gone now, and no excuses. We can do this, Lindsay. I like this quote from maria,
if you are "on" more than "off", you will get there!
We aren't giving up. Hang in there, it will click again, I know it.

What is your favorite warm weather meal?

That sounds great. Mine is cheeseburgers on the grill with corn on the cob and watermelon for dessert. I buy lowfat swiss, 93% ff beef, and light wheat rolls.

:cool1::cool1::cool1:So excited for you!! Hope you have a great vacation week, and I know it will fly by and you'll be in wdw before you know it.

Yesterday was interesting...I pointed every bite I put in my mouth, even the 20 pts worth of Twizzlers...the interesting effect was I just punted on dinner, I didn't want any. I had dessert and called it a night. I've still got 40 of my weekly points left, so I guess I'm doing ok. I'm eating my activity points prior to weeklies, so we'll see how that works out. So far, so good. :boat:
Maria :upsidedow
I'd say you're doing fabulous to have 40 points left after a holiday is huge. You are inspiring me. Keep it up, Maria!!

Tomorrow would of been my late husband's 28th birthday. I'm hoping the weather will hold off and that I'll be able to go to the cemetary to visit. Then I'm thinking BBQ for dinner (his fave meal).
:hug:Hope you have a relaxing, peaceful day today.

Monday 4/25/11 QOTD-

Inspired by the warm weather we are having today What do you look forward to doing this spring/summer? Outdoor activities, Vacations, etc.
Sitting down the park watching michael play baseball on a warm spring evening. July 3rd fireworks celebration in our nieghborhood. Vacation at the end of august, we're renting a house on Sebago lake with my brother and sister, right next to my other sisters camp. We've never spend the whole week there before. Camping at Old orchard for a weekend. My second vacation week, ds and I hope to go to Cape cod for a couple days and bike the paths, and maybe take the ferry to Martha's vineyard. I love vacation.

Lets hoist (not sure of the spelling) our sail and head off into the right direction together.
Not enough wind in my sail yesterday, but I'm hoisting it up today!!:thumbsup2 Lets do this!! We know how, and we can do it!!!

Good morning everyone!! Need to make my healthy lunch and hit the road.

Have a great day!!

Good morning all! :goodvibes

Rose, thanks for all your work planning the Summer Challenge. :flower3: We might be able to recycle the old summer challenge clippie. It is one of my favorites.

And for you folks who haven't coached before please consider volunteering -- it is a lot of fun!

Thanks Lisa!!
I really think I can do it!! I needed your gentle push
I think I can...I think I can....I think I can....

Yay! :yay: I hope that you have a wonderful time. Can't wait to hear all about it!

Nicole, I'm with you -- I really need to run outside to get my body truly prepared for a race. ::yes::

Maria, you have a good attitude about the IL thing. It's their loss that they don't get to know your wonderful, smart, funny DS. :goodvibes
I can't even remember what it would be like to have 4 weeks of adult time!

CC, glad that you had a good day! :goodvibes

Lindsay, I hope that you will have a wonderful time at your race. It will be different sleeping in your own bed and driving to the race. It will also be very different with all those boys to keep track of! :rolleyes1 You'll do great! princess:

Dona, I'm so sorry that you still feel lousy. Hope you recouperate soon! :flower3:

Tuesday 4/26/11 QOTD-

Sounds like a plan. Lets both catch the wind today!!!!! We can do it.

Your vacation plans sound great this summer!

(I think you are taunting me with these question, Lindsay, it is snowing again today!)

Oh Lisa I am so sorry. I guess I asume since its warming up here that its warm everywhere.:lmao: Sorry my fault. I wish I could pocket it all up and send it your way.:goodvibes

No worries! :flower3: It will be 95 on Thursday when I see my Mom so I get the whole spectrum of weather this week. :rotfl2: Hope that the nice weather holds out for your race with your family this week-end! :sunny:

Reminder you have until 2pm to send in your weigh in. I will post results during BL time on the east coast tonight!

So jealous of all of you going to Disney! I just really want to go!!!! Sooner rather than later!

Done with my whining for the day!

Client will be here in an hour and then I have to go to the grocery store and then home and get ready to help Ash with her project and fix something quick and tasty for supper. I think it will be TJ's orange chicken though I plan on having a shake since I had ham salad again for lunch! Ham's almost gone so that will be it for ham salad for awhile. I think it's trying to clear up so I should be able to get my walk in tonight at the track. May try and jog a bit as well.

::MickeyMo Afternoon Teams! :donald:

You know its spring in Texas when you have constant thunderstorms, hail, and power going on and off. Oh, yeah and how can I forget tornado watches. I'll be glad when we are in Florida
Tomorrow would of been my late husband's 28th birthday. I'm hoping the weather will hold off and that I'll be able to go to the cemetary to visit. Then I'm thinking BBQ for dinner (his fave meal).
Wishing you peace and BBQ tomorrow...

Evening all! Another busy, busy day. I didn't get nearly as much cleaning done as I had planned, but the downstairs is pretty good. Kitchen counters cleared and wiped, backsplash wiped, appliances wiped, floor washed. Dining room dusted and vacuumed and picked up, living room dusted and vacuumed and picked up, office dusted and vacuumed and picked up. Downstairs bathroom cleaned, floor washed. DD's bathroom picked up and cleaned and floor washed. One load of laundry washed and dried. Recycling bins emptied into garage bins Paperwork pile in kitchen sorted and cleaned up.

Sorry about the ramble.... just thinking out loud and trying to be happy with what I accomplished today.

Tomorrow I will be out all day... car load to transfer stations, fasting blood work in the morning, mammogram around 11 am and eye doctor at 4pm... all in Concord, so DD and I will just shop and run errands between appointments, grab food out, and then head to the Y for swim practice and evening workout after the eye doctor. So I'll be gone from about 8 am to 9 pm. So don't be looking for me to check in tomorrow. Sorry.

Been having a bit of foot pain, so I'm gonna skip the Treadclimber tomorrow night and stick with the elliptical. I am just 10 days away from DISNEY so I can't afford sore feet!

DD and I are getting super excited..... single digit dance tomorrow!
But I've had NO TIME to even start loading up the suitcases. They are just sitting here taking up space in my room. I have a brand new camera I don't even know how to use and I haven't had the time to figure it out. I may even get up an hour early tomorrow to spend some time reading the camera book and experiment with it.

Well.... gonna run and finish watching DWTS with DD.............P
And I thought unloading the dishwasher was a big accomplishment yesterday :) Nice job on accomplishing soooo much! Oh, and fit ME in your suitcase!! Wish I was heading to Disney with ya! :wizard:

Good Tuesday morning Teams

Sorry I haven't been on in a couple of days. I am still not feeling 100% and dh keeps feeling lousy also. We both aren't sleeping well and that is starting to get to me.

We had a quiet Easter with my parents and one of my sisters. There was way too much food but I didn't over eat. SInce I have had this cold I have lost my sense of taste and smell.

I went back to school yesterday and then had to join my parents at a wake. Their neighbor died last week. My parents neighbors moved into their house a couple of weeks before my parents and my parents have lived there for 55 years. Both families have grown up together so I had to go. He lived a good long life but it is still sad.

Today I don't have anything after school so it will be nice to come straight home. It is supposed to be nice but it has been very foggy here and cool by the coast. As you are driving toward my house you can see the fog rolling in.

SOrry I don't have any responses today. Will try to get back here later to do it.

Have a happy and healthy day.
Dona!Hope you are feeling better very soon! The NJ weather is trying to cooperate and I am even welcoming the humidity today (granted my hair is not!). Hang in there :)

Mine is grilled chicken, a slice of homegrown tomatoe, and corn on the cob.:goodvibes

I'm rolling down the mountain!!:rotfl: Back to getting serious about my health!! It all begins with one step...

My favorite warm weather meal is actually the summer strawberry salad at Panera: lettuce, strawberries, grilled chicken, walnuts, crumbled feta with a poppy seed dressing. I make my own at home with "light" everything (panera used full fat everything and it kills me!!)

I want to eat this right now!!! Can't wait until tomato season!!

5.2lbs!!! AWESOME!!!! YAY!!!:worship:

Sounds like a plan. Lets both catch the wind today!!!!! We can do it.

Send some wind my way.....

Happy Hot and Sticky Morning! NJ has turned into the bad hair capitol today with all this humidity! One of my colleagues said that in additional to personal days, we should have bad hair days where we can stay home and not be seen.... I don't think our administration is going to buy it!

Last night was pretty uneventful. I went to the wake for my friend's grandmother which was pretty awkward for me. I didn't know anyone but her family so I stayed for about 20 minutes and took off. So I drove 35 minutes each way to stay 20 minutes. I know she and her mom appreciated the effort but gas isn't cheap! I had some whole wheat pasta before I left and it really just sat in my stomach all night :( After not having pasta for so long I think my body is rejecting it...not good for my Italian family! Anyway, I ate the only bit of Easter candy I had (chocolate covered pretzel stick from Gertrude Hawk) and I let Brian eat the other one. So, no candy left in the house! Nice!
I'm headed out for my 4 miles tonight with Christine (even if she flakes on me I am going!) because I am going to do the 5K this weekend!!! Thanks soooo much for all of your encouragement! I am very excited to do it AND wear my Walking Princess Shirt that I ordered from Runningprincess princess: This is only the beginning of my journey! :woohoo:

Happy Tuesday to all of you and make great choices today!!

I got up and did the 2 mile WATP at 5:30 this morning. Tummy is mostly better. Today is our ridiculous evening of 2 soccer practices and dance class. I have to work until 2 and then I will run to Market Basket to get what DSIL and I need for Friday. I will need to stop at a liquor store to get a bottle of champagne.

I hope your evening goes smoothly. Glad you belly is better.

I kind of made up a summer sandwich last year that I am really looking forward to this summer. Toast a whole wheat SandwichThin....spread with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese (divided between the two) and a TB. of guacamole on each piece. Top this with a thick slice of beefsteak tomato....preferrably just picked and warm from the sun....mmmmmmm!!!

that sounds like a very yummy sandwich. Woohoo:cool1: on being in the single digits. Im so excited for you.

No worries! :flower3: It will be 95 on Thursday when I see my Mom so I get the whole spectrum of weather this week. :rotfl2: Hope that the nice weather holds out for your race with your family this week-end! :sunny:

:lmao:omg that is quite the spectrum. So far sat (kids race) is saying 69 and sunny.:goodvibes and sunday (my race) is 66 and an occas shower. I would be fine with an occasional sprinkle just not 13 miles in a downpour. I will say a little prayer to the weather gods.;)

So jealous of all of you going to Disney! I just really want to go!!!! Sooner rather than later!

Me too! I have been feeling a bit down lately so I decided to plan when we will go again. I am figuring either summertime, october, or early nov of 2013 looks like the next time we will have a family trip.:lmao: Never too early to plan right?:lmao: Honesly it made me feel better just knowing I will get there again sooner or later.

I will throw you the rope to start back up the mountain again. and what a great start by doing the 5K. I am so proud of you for deciding to do it. You will do great. One day at a time.:thumbsup2

I love that panera salad too but I agree way to costly in the calories.

So far so good today. I journaled and counted my points. I have used 18 so far out of 24. Now I have to decide what to have light for dinner. I am not all that prepared since I have not gotten to the grocery store in over 2wks other than grabbing stuff here and there. I am just going to do the best that I can but I couldnt wait until I get the store....I needed to start today.

I will be leaving work at 4 today so I can get Ryan at school and get him to tball on time. It is so beautiful out. I sat outside for awhile during lunch. I am glad we will be spending most of our evening outside too.

Lovin it!

Tuesday 4/26/11 QOTD-

What is your favorite warm weather meal?

Let's assume I'm spending the day relaxing on my deck -- I'll meander over to the table from the swing for a few meals -- a breakfast fruit smoothie to start things off, a lunch salad of Boston Bibb lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, peppers of every color, cucumbers, mushrooms, a few olives and some sunflower seeds for crunch (no dressing needed!); and for dinner, shrimp on the barbi with asparagus, corn on the cob, and strawberry shortcake for dessert.

But, if it's a weekday, I'm going with hummus and assorted raw veggies for my lunch. :thumbsup2

Another good day for me -- even though I got up late (didn't wake up until I heard ds in the shower, which meant I was already 15 minutes behind), I still ran 4M before going to work. Sticking with my eating plan and religiously writing down every morsel -- I'll be glad when I get used to this again and it doesn't seem like so much work!

Maria :upsidedow

Hello friends, just a quick check-in from vacation. We are having an awesome time. This is such a neat area of the world. I think I am doing OK although I really do rely on my daily weigh-in and of course I do not have scales with me this week. We are having a hearty breakfast every day of scrambled eggs, sausage and toast. Then we are having either very late lunch or early supper and maybe a snack at some point or maybe not. So, it seems like it's a little less food than what we eat on an everyday basis. And we have been very active! Sunday we biked around 25 kilometers and we have done a lot of walking and did a 3 hour bike tour in Amsterdam Monday. We liked A'dam so much we went back there today. Tomorrow we are going to Den Hague, Delft and Rotterdam. It has been nice to have the Internet in the cottage at night so I can keep up with you all! I brought some games with us and planned that we would play Uno and such tonight but the guys are watching soccer on TV. They do not like me to have everything all planned;) I've been reminding them several times this week "THIS is what happens when you do not plan your vacation ahead!" but they would just rather see what develops than plan ahead:scared1:

Anyway, have a great week everyone and I will keep reading along and catch up with replies this weekend when we get back to Stuttgart.

What is your favorite warm weather meal?

everyone's warm weather meals sound so....healthy! so i guess i shouldn't say burgers and hot dogs?? ;)

ooo i have one....fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, a little olive oil and salt and pepper. mmmm...is that called a caprese salad? i think so. i could eat that all day. sometimes i'll put it on a french baguette too. bread makes everything better!

(I think you are taunting me with these question, Lindsay, it is snowing again today!)

no! no more snow! i told the weather gods to make it stop snowing for ya lisa! it's the end of april. we need sunshine!

Happy Hot and Sticky Morning! NJ has turned into the bad hair capitol today with all this humidity! One of my colleagues said that in additional to personal days, we should have bad hair days where we can stay home and not be seen.... I don't think our administration is going to buy it!
i just noticed where in nj you are...i used to work in parsippany - that's not too far from you, right? i used to drive from the bronx to parsippany everyday. it...sucked!!

the weather is gorgeous today. my hair is pretty much always in a pony tail so basically it's always a bad hair day for me! lol!

So far so good today. I journaled and counted my points. I have used 18 so far out of 24. Now I have to decide what to have light for dinner. i'm having a hard time figuring out what to make today too. i just don't feel like cooking...ever! i go through periods of wanting to cook everyday and then even longer periods where i just don't want to do anything.

have fun at tball - how cute! what a great day to watch some cute tball players!!!

Maria :upsidedow

i would like to hang on YOUR deck, maria! sounds like some good food! mmm strawberry shortcake! yum!

i need to start journaling. i should take a queue from everyone who is doing it. i've been an eating machine the last few days!!

******

today's been pretty great so far (not food or exercise wise though, unfortunately). i had an appt with my new OB this morning at 8am. john and thomas came with me. john's new job is in NJ so it's hard for him to get to appointments now. he went to pretty much every single one when i was pg with thomas. he missed the one last week and i could tell he was bummed. this new doctor has 8am appointments which is GREAT because it means we don't have to wait forever and john only is a little late for work.

the new guy is great. i've met him once before when i was pg with thomas since he covers for my previous OB. he is really friendly and promised to try to be as good as our last doc (who is retiring). we had another ultrasound and got to see the little munchkin. i'm 9 1/2 weeks now so even though it's the size of a raspberry you can make out arm and leg buds and the head and it was moving around! thomas was hysterical during the appt since i think he hates the white coats! but he sat on top of me while i had the u/s and as long as i was holding him he was fine.

thomas and i drove back home and then heading to my friend's place and she and i and 6 kids went to medieval times in NJ. it. was. awesome!!! i've been wanting to go to it forever! in fact, when i lived in chicago i had a boyfriend and i remember begging him to take me (i didn't have a car!) and he wouldn't! psh, should have known it was never gonna work. anyway, the show was fun and the food was great. thomas actually ate alot of the chicken. so much so that i took the chicken that my friend's daughter didn't eat and ate it. he also gnawed on two pieces of corn on the cob. he loved the horses. then halfway through the show he fell asleep on me! wow! too much excitement i guess!!

fun day so far! the sun is shining but we're hanging inside for right now b/c thomas' nap at the show has made him VERY cranky right now.

:cool1::banana::yay:

The SUNhas returned!!! Therefore, I get to walk the track tonight!!!!!

I had some TJs onion rings when I got home and a 60 calorie mousse! I just had my shake for supper and I will probably have a little snack when I get home from my walk.

Have to decide between watching BL or watching the 90 minute episode of Glee tonight!!! I hate having to decide between my two favorite shows!!!! I'll probably watch BL and watch Glee in the morning when I'm alone before redwalker arrives for our walk!

I also need to run to the grocery store at some point tomorrow to get all the I need for my Royal Wedding party with my DSIL! I'm so excited! I'm also feeling a little sad that Princess Diana won't be there for this wonderful occasion! I loved Diana and think she would be thrilled to see her son so happy!

Excited that we have several more parents to volunteer for field day! We had 5 yesterday and have at least 10 now! I need to meet with the other chair next week to send out our email with jobs and asking for supplies! I'm glad it's coming together! I was worried! I'm also volunteering the week before as a chaperone for Izzie's zoo field trip! I try to do a field trip with each kid each year. Taking a few years off from being a room parent after this year. I've been Ash's for 2 years and will sign up for Izzie when she's in 3rd grade! I just need a break.

Trying to get Ash to finish her notes for her project so I can get it typed up tonight so we can practice tomorrow when she gets home!

Enjoy your night! I will get the results posted tonight! 36 total weigh ins!!!!:woohoo:

TTFN :tigger:

I also really need to get a run in tomorrow and thursday. Sunday is my half marathon and I am not feeling very prepared. I am excited for the weekend because they have a really great expo and kids race on sat. A few of our friends are doing the race and they also meet us at the kids race too. It usually is alot of fun.

Ok have a great evening everyone!!!!!!
You can do it Lindsay!:goodvibes Sounds like it's going to be a fun weekend.

Lisa--have a safe trip.:goodvibes

That is so sweet.:lovestruc

Yeah he's been very good to me lately. He realizes that this tax season was a lot harder now that our DS isn't an infant anymore and wants more attention.

Tomorrow would of been my late husband's 28th birthday. I'm hoping the weather will hold off and that I'll be able to go to the cemetary to visit. Then I'm thinking BBQ for dinner (his fave meal).

 That sounds like a wonderful idea :goodvibes

Been having a bit of foot pain, so I'm gonna skip the Treadclimber tomorrow night and stick with the elliptical. I am just 10 days away from DISNEY so I can't afford sore feet!

Hope your foot is all better for your trip. 10 days

How has your husband been doing/feeling since his accident?

:woohoo: and :cool1: and  my SINGLE DIGIT DANCE!! DD and I leave for Mother/Daughter time at WDW in 9 days!!

Yahoo single digits :cool1: Are you going to meet up with pjlla?

Hi everyone! Hope everyone had a nice Tuesday :goodvibes Work has slowed down, but my brain hasn't adjusted yet. I ordered Dylan's teachers an Easter cake and had them make it for me to pick up tomorrow. As I was driving around Saturday it dawned on me that Easter will be over when I give them their Easter cake. Doh :headache:

Biggest Loser 11 Spring Challenge Week 16!
This week’s group loss is 10.8 lbs

Total group weight loss for both teams so far 1241.9 pounds! WOW!!!!! (Doesn’t add up right as we had a lot of late weigh ins last week that were not included on last week’s results.)

AWESOME!

Before the weekly superstar list comes the disclaimer. I am human and I make mistakes. If you have any questions please contact me. For your reference this is the magic percentage of weight lost formula - weight loss for the week divided by weight for last week times 100, that gives us the percentage. Now let me test that with my numbers for week 1, click, click, click goes the calculator. Yes, that agrees with the percentage on the magic spreadsheet. (btw if its been more than 1 week between weigh-ins, then the % loss is divided by the number of weeks, to keep everybody on the same basis)

Now let's get to the good stuff. Who were our superstars of the week? This time I’ve done a TOP 10 LIST ! That criteria may change from week to week. Hey I'm in charge here and I get paid nothin' to do this so you better take what you can get! (and if there’s something you want to know, just ask me!)

Thanks to ohMom-Molli for these clippies. They were used for a previous BL but we can recycle. Don't they look great!

Evening all!

Had a great walk though it was a little tough with the wind and the cold! I came home and had some chips and spicy dip made with lite cream cheese. I should be ok.

Girls are in bed! We're watching BL and also switching back to the Bruins game.

Going to get up and do a 2 mile workout and then get Ash up to finish her project. I'll get another couple miles in after that with redwalker.

Have a great night!

TTFN :tigger:

So, on my drive home from wherever it was I was driving from :rolleyes1, it occurred to me that I'm behind with Healthy Habits. I will try to catch up tomorrow night. I can't believe I'm still awake as it is. :rotfl2:

I had a busy day at work again today, but it ended up being less busy than I expected. Our intern was an amazing help.

I went to WW today and am down 3.4 lbs for the week. That means I am finally down since I re-started WW almost 3 months ago! That also means I'm down over 12 pounds since I peaked at just under 180. I never want to see the 170s again. I had a med check today and I mentioned that I've lost 12 pounds since I saw her last. She was very happy with me. I have another one scheduled in exactly 4 weeks and I hope to be another 8-10 pounds lighter. We are 99% sure that it was one of my meds that was making me so hungry and gain weight. I have been off of that one for a few weeks and, as of tonight, I'm off of another one! My doctor was so happy to see me so happy. I am really feeling like myself again. Thank you all for your support and for noticing how much better I am doing. :)

Have a great day tomorrow everyone!
