Big Thanks to SSR concierge staff JJ, Diane, Danny

We stayed at the SSR 2/10-2/15. The first am we were there, we had what almost became a large emergency. I won't go into details, but it came down to me needing a phone charger desperately (old mother + new phone = bad combination). Concierge staff JJ, Diane, and Danny went out of their way (including going over to other resorts) to find one that fit my phone. Bless all of you for your great efforts. True Disney magic at work!
