what is the difference between lunch and dinner at biergarten (apart from the price), are the food offerings the same?

The following are on the dinner menu but not lunch:

Braised Beef Roulades
Sauerbraten (Marinated Pot Roast)
Potato Dumplings with Bread Crumb Butter
Herring Salad Schleswig Holsteiner Style


That's the only difference.

And if you have your lunch reservation late enough that it runs into dinner. you'll get those few items when it changes over to dinner. Best of both worlds.
