Thanks so much! I am waiting to hear back confirmation but I think there should not be a problem so I feel pretty safe in saying Feb 1-7! As soon as we are confirmed I will also make a post on the Wish Trippers thread. We are so excited.

So each year about 50 cyclists participate in a fundraiser called Ride for a Child and spend a week on their bikes riding about 50-80 miles a day as part of a larger ride called Cycle Oregon. For the last two years my husband has done the ride and we have done the fundraising for Candlelighters here in Oregon and SW Washington. Candlelighters is an organization that supports children and their families who are affected by childhood cancer. They supported our family so much while Chelsea was in treatment and we love the fact that now we can give back. They have eight teams of riders and each year each team has an honored child that has been affected by childhood cancer. This year we were really surprised and proud when they choose Chelsea as one of their honored children. I was able to take the kids to see their papa and the other riders in Pendleton. While we were there we had a chance to let the kids ride their bikes with all the other riders. It was a great day and I am so proud of all these great riders who raise awareness about childhood cancer as well as much needed money to support families.

I spoke with our wonderful wish coordinator today and I feel pretty comfortable saying...

WE HAVE DATES!!!! We are Wish Trip bound and staying at GKTW February 1-7. While that is over three months away I think the excitement level has really gone up in our house. I feel like now I get to start making some real plans!!!

That's exactly what we thought about the dates. It will have been raining for about 4 months here in the Pacific NW so even if it is not warm I am hoping for some sun. I am pretty sure no matter what it will just be a great trip!

After getting some great feedback on the wish trippers thread I have made a reservation for 1900 Park Fare and O'Hana. I think the kids will really like the character meals. At least that is my hope

I just made a lunch at Crystal Palace and Kylee's BBB.

After I saw your reply I think I remembered reading that before and then it got lost somewhere in my mind. You guys are going to really enjoy that and I love that your daughter will get to become the princess she is.

I think since Fuller celebrated his 4th birthday he has been planning his "I am turning 5 Toy Story Style party"! We had a great weekend celebrating with a party with all of his kid friends followed by an awesome family dinner with grandparents, aunts and cousins. It was a weekend filled with Buzz, Woody and Jessie. Yeah for being 5!

Just a funny little story from two days after Fullers birthday...
We were in the car on the way home from preschool with Fuller and Chelsea in the backseat having a discussion about something they had done at school. At some point with a bit of attitude Fuller says "Chelsea I did that like back with I was FOUR". I was cracking up and said "Oh, you mean like two days ago!?!" and we all laughed for a long time. I love talking with my kids and sometimes they totally crack me up!

I just 'found' your PTR. I can't believe how fast the hospital started chemo on Chelsea. They didn't waste any time. It is amazing how fast you can go from living everyday life to having your world turned upside down. The situation with our DD was kinda the same, except when her pediatrician found something wrong with our DD it was during her 1 year well visit. Your kids are adorable and I'm glad they are BOTH doing well. It must of been tough for Fuller to be away from you and his sister during treatment.

I saw on the Wish Trippers thread that you are going to 'Ohana breakfast and 1900PF dinner. We haven't done breakfast at 'Ohana but maybe someday. Word on the street is they have some of the best Mickey waffles around! We have eaten at 1900PF before and I really think Chelsea will love eating with Cinderella, Prince Charming, the stepsisters, and the stepmother. If you have a minute, check out this post from my March TR. It is from our dinner at 1900PF.

Yeah, Chelsea got Chemo fast...I think for her age she had the highest WBC count our doctors had seen so they just felt they had to do something even though they were not sure what was going on with her. We are really lucky that so far both kids are doing great. Fuller get a little sad when he thinks about her being in the hospital but for the most part is great. It is really amazing how your world can change in such a big way in one day. I am so glad Julianna is doing great and hope you have a magical wish trip!

Loved reading your TR--in fact I read the whole TR. What a fun night at 1900 Park Fare. Awesome!

I will have to let you know about the Mickey Waffles at O'hana...even though I won't have anything to compare them too!

I just found your PTR...subscribing!!! What a gorgeous family you have. I did oncology nursing in another life and I nearly fell over at that WBC! Praise God they started treatment so quickly.

I am excited to read more.
