I just read thru your entire report- what a wonderful trip! Looking forward to reading more on your next adventure. Thank you for writing- all those snacks look fantastic! And your strategy of FP then enjoy the atmosphere is definitely a veteran Disney method for maximum trip enjoyment during crazy crowds. The spitter and the pooper... I have no words. Maybe where that mom is from it’s normal to do that in public? Nah...I got nothin’....just glad you could brush it off and go on having fun with your daughter.

The Taste Track was open and we decided on the Violet Blueberry Vanilla Cronut. We really enjoyed this.

Tarte au Chèvre, this was the onion tart with goat cheese.

Ha! Thank you Glenda, we missed you! This was a busy and exciting trip. I truly was worn out that evening, I think the California Grill brunch had a lot to do with!

Epic Highlights!

1. Meeting the nicest roommates ever!! Let’s not pretend, we all have some trepidation meeting people for the first time. I was a little nervous about sharing a room with 2 people I had not met yet. My fears were immediately gone when I met @Lesley Wake in our room at YC. She is a super nice lady, easy going, and loves all things Disney!! She is super knowledgeable about inside Disney info and very helpful with Disney tips! I loved it!
@Mollydolly334 was at MK so Lesley and I headed over to MK to meet up with Molly.
She was waiting for us at Casey’s. Again, meeting her was wonderful, she is a sweet Disney loving girl!! We all clicked right away and I knew the next 6 nights with these two ladies would be awesome and fun!!




2. Watching HEA with my roommates and meeting more Epic Disers!
We met up with The Chunky family, Arianna, Billie, and Sara for the show and dessert party. Again, meeting these ladies and Steve was like seeing longtime friends!! We all clicked and had a few pictures done in the hub! I started to feel a little woozy/dizzy and realized I had not been drinking any water, most likely because I was so excited! I ended up cutting my night short and really only tasted a few desserts. I drank a lot of water but still was feeling yuck! Lesson learned! I normally drink a ton of water and it definitely is important!





3. The YC, I was very excited to stay here!! It did not disappoint! The lobby is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Close to the Boardwalk, DHS, and Epcot! I didn’t get room pictures because of all my excitement meeting Lesley. The only negative for me was the handicapped accessible room. The room was fine, it just didn’t have 2 sinks and it had less space for toiletries because of the design. The door was a pain! It was on a timer and stayed open for what seemed like an eternity, We did have a view of the quiet pool, very nice! I will be staying here again with Andi in August for our split stay with GF. I know Andi will like it and I will ask for a different room if we get a handicapped accessible one. We don’t need it and I like the regular room way better! Storm along Bay was also such a highlight. We spent an afternoon swimming and meeting Ariella and her family! She is @StarWarsMomofGirls! She was also staying at the YC for a few days!

I adore the YC! It is tied for my #1 spot along with AKL.

Hey Caroline, it was so great to finally meet you I wish we'd gotten a little more time to talk but it's so hard with such a large group; I'm sure our paths will cross again!

It is super weird rooming with "strangers" lol, and while I didn't have to do it this trip I've had to do it twice for work. Both times worked out great, one time better than the other as she lives within an hour from me and we're great friends much like all of us DIS ladies I'm glad it worked out for you and I agree, the trip was EPIC!
