Beware of new Garden Grocer website!!!

We are arriving in just 21 days for a family stay of ten people(3 families) at BLT. Each family has been over the last few days adding to GC favorites our grocery list. We went to move it to the cart and it is gone!! They have a new website and they evidently did not move peoples favorites to the new website and we have lost our list!! This list was very extensive and will be very time consuming to re-create as it involves the items of all three familes. I have a call into the Tech. support person but as of this post they have not been of any help in getting it back. We were adding to the favorites per their instruction because items stay in the favorites longer and you can move them over to the cart with one click(at least you use to)....smjj

They just called me back and said they are going to try and fix it and it does not just affect me..smjj
 
Just checked my order for Oct 10....the order is right.... but under my favorites was someone elses order for a total of 119.00....guess anyone who has an existing account should confirm that their upcoming delivery is the right one.
 

They called me late last night. They had recovered my favorites but it was not all there. I.E. we had 3 dozen eggs and it showed only one. When I went to add another 2 dozen to the favorites, it only added them and wrote over the 1 dozen I already had in favorites.
Another issues. You were able to with one click move all from the favorites to the cart. Now you click the button and it only adds the first item only!! I have had to add these items to my cart from the favorites one at a time. Example: I click add to cart. It adds just the first item. I then need to delete it from the favorites and repeat this process. This remember is for a family of 10, many items. Also missing is a quanity buttom for "add to favorites". I was suppose to get a return call today but as of this post, no return call....smjj
 
Well, the good news is that your experiences are probably helping the web people make it better. Doesn't help YOU much, of course. :hug:

I thought the good news was that smjj's experience will probably help make the website better for those of us who won't be travelling until next spring.

So thanks, smjj! Get them to straighten it out for us!
