I came from a broken family and while my mother didn't remarry until we were all out of the house, we always new we were loved and cherished as much as anyone with two parents. While the best she could do employment-wise was working as a waitress in a family restaraunt, she always found a way to scrape enough together for a family vacation every summer. They are our best memories of a family together. Your children will have those kind of memories, not because of going to Disney World, but because of who their mother is. They know they are loved year round and in all circumstances and will carry that with them for the rest of their lives.
Oh and it may help you to know now that whenever my family (me, wife, twin girls) start planning a trip to WDW, the first person we call is my mother to see if she wants to go with us. As a matter of fact we just asked her tonight if she was going to join us on our trip next January. So really, you are investing in future trips to WDW when they are old enough to foot the bill!!![]()
