Looks like something my DS7 will enjoy... Although, the "Monster" on the Matterhorn scared him a bit. This one should put hair on his chest!
Me--I'm a rollercoaster chicken. I'm wondering how this will compare to Space Mountain, thrill-wise...
Being a CPer certainly has its advantages! Today I got to ride EE 4 times and I have one thing to say - on a scale of 1 to 10, this thing gets a perfect 10. And here's my only spoiler - the amazing and incredible views. Just wow. This is what AK really needed to boost its attendance. This ride will pack in the guests every single day. I'd definitely wait if there were no FPs.
Very cool video. Thanks for posting the link. My husband and I should be riding this on Thursday and Friday of the coming week if everything goes well. Looks like this could become our fav ride.
I hope they schedule a soft opening for the first week of Feb. We couldn't go down for the AP and DVC preview.. And I really can't wait until Aug, when we go down again, to ride it.
I personally think that WDW will keep it closed for the AP and DVC preview, then *hopefully* give some more soft openings afterwards.
okay, im computer STUPID....i downloaded the newest version of quicktime and again clicked on the download link for the video...it says its done but doesnt open up...where does it go? HELP
IMO, the intensity of EE is about on far with SM and far less than RnRC.
The coaster just seems to stop too many times to make it too intense, as soon as it feel like the ride is going to pick up, the ride halts so they can continue telling the story.
Here I thought we were special (ap and dvc members) to get to be the first to ride. I hope it is not a free for all because that is why were made plans to go that weekend, to not have to wait in 95min+ lines.
CMs always get to ride first as I'm sure the VIP folks do. I'm still giddy over the thought that by this time next week, I'll have gotten several rides in already! (I hope!)

Thank you so much for the link. The ride looks awesome, I can not wait for June!!! Although from what I saw I am kinda disappointed in the amount of "Yeti time." For such a hype behind the Yeti it seems as though you just get a quick glimpse and don't encounter him much. We shall see what it is like in person. The rollercoaster part looks tons of fun.
