Best Way to Book a Room

Hi. I am unable to book a room on the Universal website. At the very last step I always get a message that reads “! Oops Something went wrong. Please Attempt your action again.” I’ve tried different browsers. I don’t like using third-party websites. Has anyone else had this problem or any suggestions on a way around it? Thank you.

No, I have never had that problem. If online booking continues to be an issue, you can call Universal reservation directly and they will book the room for you.

Does going to the Loews website to the hotel directly fix the problem?
Or you could try the AP rate link (you can book normal rates through this also) - not sure if it will be the same checkout process as getting there through the UO website, but it is indeed an official Loews/Universal booking site, not 3rd party.

Using Loews worked. Thanks. I had the same problem last year, and used Booking, which I think always gives you a room in the boonies!
