Best use of snack credit in Disney Springs (Mickey rice krispy)?

My question in two part. Are the rice Krispy treats at Goofy's in DS still a snack credit and what other good uses of a snack credits are to be found at DS?

Last October when we were in DS we were able to use a snack credit in the Ghirardelli ice cream parlor to get 1 scoop of ice cream with 2 toppings. I thought that was a good use of a snack credit!

I thought so too but on a previous thread I got shot down in flames that I'd suggested that was still possible

My DS and I are going in September. DW is sitting this one out and gave her permission for us to go. Her only stipulation was that we bring her home a Mickey rice krispy treat for every day we're there.
