Best time to check for cancellations?

Hello,

Have the opportinity to be in the World for 4 days, feb 24-27 and of course all mods are sold out. I was really looking forward to Coronado Springs for the first time. What is the best time to check for cancellations?

I always heard first thing in the morning b/c they put all the cancellations from the day before back out the next day. I don't know how true this is, just what I've heard on these boards.
