Best time for water park-warm enough January

Well, it looks like it will be 80 next Wed. when we're there..
DD's teacher gave her the assignment of going on Runoff Rapids..
An assignment linked to John Wesley Powell and the colorado river..
What time is the warmest to go..about noon? TIA!

I would say the water is heated, so go when the air temp. is warm enough for you to stand being in a swim suit.

We went to BB last week when it was in the low 70's. All the pools are heated so you should be fine anytime if the high's are in the 80's. Have a great time.

You'll have to watch the weather forecast one day at a time. In recent years I have usually found at least one day in any given week long winter WDW vacation when the temps went into the 70's by early afternoon.
