Best Signature restaurant for kids.....

We are looking for another signature restaurant (already doing Cali Grill). We have two kids (12 & 8) who can sit for long dinners and are not picky eaters. What would you suggest?

I took my daughter to Narcoossee's, CG and Jiko when she was 8. I'd say she liked Narcoossee's the best. Not only did she love the food, but she loved being able to go on their deck and watch the fireworks. Have fun!

At that age, they should be fine at any of them.

If you are looking for something special or unique, I'd probably pick Jiko. It's the quietest of all the signatures, it's dark with interesting lighting. The food choices are different but not weird.

My personal favorite of those on the dining plan is Flying Fish. It's a bit noisier (like Ca Grill) but they have good fish entrees and a whimsical decor.

Citricos probably has the best food and is more upscale than any of the others but here, it's all about the food. There is nothing in the decor or atmosphere that anyone would find special.

My least favorites are Narcoosees, Yachtsman, and Artist Point.

My favorites are Artist Point, California Grill, and Jiko. Artist Point and Jiko are very quiet and nice meals. However, for kids and for the overall experience I'd recommend California Grill. The view of the Seven Seas Lagoon, Magic Kingdom, and the fireworks is unmatched - it's really cool being able to watch the buses, boats, and monorails entering and exiting MK. The menu has something for everyone - flatbreads, sushi, steak, chicken, seafood, etc. And your 8-year old can get the kid's sushi dessert plate. That was definitely my favorite WDW dessert as a kid.

If you're not on Disney Dining Plan (but TIW), BlueZoo is my new favorite. You can also get ice cream at the Fountain too.

Easy choice.
Flying Fish.....not only my favorite restaurant but there is usually some entertainment on the boardwalk going on to entertain the kids...before or after dinner.
