Okay...first off GOOFYFREEK...love your top 10...seeing how I've personally expereinced a majority of them. LOL.
I've only tried ribs in two places on property but found them worth going back for in both locals.... (drumroll) ......flame tree bbq and wcc.
I remember a stay at WL when I was a kid (okay...yeah it wasn't *too* long ago...13ys mabey?) and my dad decided we'd splurge on the botomless skillet one nite. We must have had about 6 orders of ribs brought out! We're not a piggy family but they were very lean and you had to eat a lot of them. Boy they were so good...we even went back a second time during the trip (which for my scrooge-esque dad...it was saying something). My hubby and I have made a special trip out to the WL to get the bottomless skillet on at least two different trips. BUT...now that we've discovered flame tree BBQ....its probably not neccessary. My mother, grandmother, husband and I ordered the rib platter on a trip a few years ago and we had enough to feed the four of us plus two little ones...and I think food still wound up being tossed out! Value wise I think its one of the best bangs for your buck (which is surprising considering ribs tend to be the most expensive item on the menu outside of the parks...but in this case I think it costs about $1 more than you pay for a meal at any other CS places.)

The thought of sauced ribs doesn't do it for me anymore!
