We’re planning a trip for 2022 and we want to have at least one full resort day. That being said… what’s your fave resort for little kiddos considering ALL the amenities and not just the best pool? Thank you!!!

Every resort at WDW is great for kids, adults, singles, families, etc. There is not single resort that is better for little kids. Children that age have no frame of reference and will love any hotel that you are staying. So look them over and see which resort that YOU like and stay there. I personally would stay at a moderate or Deluxe and skip the value resorts. We have stayed at almost every resort on property and the kids loved them all.

Does your little one like animals? I think AKL would be a great option!
She does! And we’re definitely considering that but I hate how far it is from everything. But maybe the animals would make up for that lol.

We stayed in 2019, and are staying again in January because it really wasn't that far!

The trip to MK is the longest, but it's actually the same distance or closer to Epcot and HS as the MK area resorts

Like a previous poster said, all are great if money is not a top factor in your decision making.

I personally think it’s the MK resorts that are too far from everything else, not the AKL resorts. But if I was spending much of the trip at MK, they would be appealing.

Really, just pick the theming and amenities you want as adults. The little ones don’t know the difference. They will be happy wherever you are together as a family.

Little kids really don't care too much - they like the big characters/icons at the value resorts the most IMO. The Nemo pool/playground at AoA is a favorite of my kids. AoA and Pop have the skyliner and are smaller resorts than CBR/All Stars. Or you can't go wrong with the convenience of the monorail resorts. Beach Club is another favorite- best pool and easy walk right into Epcot/HS or skyliner.

My vote would be Contemporary (or rent timeshare points and stay at Bay Lake) when our kids were that age, we loved the convenience to MK. Just walk… no folding stroller for transport, etc. easy to head back for naps, can watch fireworks from bridge to Bay Lake. With that age, most park time is MK.

We stayed at CBR last summer with DD who turned 3 on the trip (and DSs 9 and 6) and all three kids liked it. The pool was nice, decent selection of food at the QS and if you are using a stroller the skyliner is GREAT. The resort is HUGE but great for a bit of exploration.

Monorail resorts. Easy on/off with strollers and you have lots of choices right there at the MK loop.

Poly if it’s in the budget. It has a fun pool and splash pad. You will probably spend a lot of time at MK and it’s on the monorail. Hopefully character dining will continue to come back and if so, their character breakfast is so fun!

For DS who has been over 10 times starting at 6 mos, we chose whatever resort helped us meet his needs as far as napping, feeding, sleeping, etc. Lately we have been staying in the studios b/c we like having the kitchenette & extra space.
