Best/quickest way to find out about discounts?

Other than following along with the threads here, what's the best way to find out when a new discount is released? I've heard discounts like Free Dining can book up quickly - should I just check Disney's website every day or is there somewhere else that usually reports deals right away?

Honestly this is the best place. If it's happening, someone on the dis is talking about it.
