Depending how hungry you are and how much you normally eat, don't rule out the Writer's Stop. It's mainly bakery selections, but it is usually less crowded and they have the awesome carrot cake cookie, which is almost a meal in itself.

We like Backlot Express, which is our go to place for a quick lunch while at DHS.

Yep. I had a good salad for lunch there on our last trip.
Also? That trip I made a point of ordering the sirloin at every TS that offered it (for my own fun comparison taste test) and the the one that blew all others away was from Mama Melrose. It was the best meal I've ever had at Disney. I devoured every bite and then finished off my husband's who had ordered the same thing (but ruined his appetite with too many pre-dinner snacks!).
