I am thinking of planning a breakfast ADR and need help on choosing where. We don't want Boma or Chef Mickey's just because we have ADR's there for dinner. We want to try someplace that we are not already eating.

So who has the best food? And what would DS enjoy, we are there for his 6th birthday?

We enjoy the character breakfast buffet at Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club Resort. It's in a great location if you plan to go to either Epcot or MGM that same day. Plus it's fun to walk along the boardwalk and take the boats to the parks.

Like Chef Mickey's, Cape May Cafe can be a little tricky to get to from your resort if you're using Disney transportation ~ sometimes we take a cab if we have early ressies.

Oh, I just remembered, we've also enjoyed the breakfast at Donald's Breakfastasaurus in the Animal Kingdom. It's also a character meal and they dress up in darling safari costumes.

Second vote for Crystal Palace. Take advantage of early reservations and you can get in and eat before the Magic Kingdom officially opens.

If your son is into Pooh and friends, then CP is a great choice. At five, he's at the right age for the 'parade' they have every half hour with all the kids around the restaurant. If he's into dinosaurs or more a fan of Donald/Mickey/Goofy he would love Donald's Breakfastsaurus. Both have great food.

Our family really enjoys Goofy beach bash (Cape May at the Beach Club) food is great and so are the characters Chip and Dale are great with the kids.

Cape May is awesome, the food is sooo good and there is a ton of fresh fruit. Since the place is never that busy the characters spend a lot of time with you.

Another favorite is CP, I love getting in at 8:05 am and the food is very good.

Another vote for Crystal Palace. I love the breakfast lasagna.

Oh, I forgot -- I also really enjoyed the breakfast at Fresh Mediteranean Market. It's over in Swan/Dolphin. I'm not sure it is the most kid oriented but it was yummy.
