Can someone give me some options rather than pb&j's, macaroni and cheese, or corn dog options for kids? What Quick Service place would you recommend? Looking for something different for the kids to eat at each park. Thanks!

You can check out all the menus here on the DIS and also on allears.net. It will show you exactly what is available at each park

Just order them an adult meal to share. That's what we do.
There are some good "normal food!" kid meals, but if you look somewhere like Columbia Harbour House, they're basically small adult meals. My kids split an adult meal happily.

You can order adult meals with children's quick service credits. They are all pooled together for QS. My niece rarely orders off the kid's menu.

I love the healthier snack pack boxes, they are adorable. They have a lot of individually packaged snacks that make up a meal, packaged in a cute cardboard box. Great for a different kind of kids meal, and you can take the leftovers to go. Usually have things like Goldfish, applesauce, grapes, carrots, Jammy Sammy, etc.

We like the Columbia Harbour House at MK. DH loves the adult Salmon platter. I usually get the Kid's Meal with the Tuna sandwich. It comes on a fish-shaped sandwich thin. It's pretty good and a nice break from the burgers and pb&j.

I will echo what PP said about quick service credits not being divided into children/adult, so we order our kids' adult meals. The younger one needs more food than the kids' meal offers, and the older one (who is a "Disney adult" now anyway) prefers a wider variety. In AK, you'll find a decent amount of kid-friendly stuff - honey chicken at Yak and Yeti, Flame Tree. In Epcot, we prefer World Showcase. I know a lot of people love Sunshine Seasons, but the ambience there kills me in comparison with the World Showcase, plus we haven't had anything stellar enough to make up for that. DD would eat Les Halles every day if we let her, DS would rather have Mexican, and Tangierine is great. WS is also a great place to make a meal out of snack credits.
