I will echo what PP said about quick service credits not being divided into children/adult, so we order our kids' adult meals. The younger one needs more food than the kids' meal offers, and the older one (who is a "Disney adult" now anyway) prefers a wider variety. In AK, you'll find a decent amount of kid-friendly stuff - honey chicken at Yak and Yeti, Flame Tree. In Epcot, we prefer World Showcase. I know a lot of people love Sunshine Seasons, but the ambience there kills me in comparison with the World Showcase, plus we haven't had anything stellar enough to make up for that. DD would eat Les Halles every day if we let her, DS would rather have Mexican, and Tangierine is great. WS is also a great place to make a meal out of snack credits.
