First trip to Saratoga Springs coming ....from Developers Points.
Could i get some feedback on best location for 4 over 55 people. I have booked a dedicated 2br. for stay....should i be looking for closer bus stop or view of DownTown Disney
Please let me know what you think.

I can tell you what DH & I do. We are both in our early 50's. DH has mobility issues but he likes to stay in the Congress Park area for the DTD view. What we do is drive to the lot that is close to the tennis courts each morning and park. We grab breakfast at Artist's Palette then catch the bus at the Springs across from the main pool. When we arrive back at the resort later that evening we just hop in our car for the short ride back to Congress Park. There is a close bus stop in the Congress Park area, as well. Sometimes we just hop on a bus there. I believe every area of SSR has a bus stop.

I'll second that, Congress Park. That's the only place we stay at SSR.

We just got back. We were in a 2bdr dedicated room number 5121. It was in the Paddock. We were right next to the bus stop and the quiet pool. There was a short walk over a bridge to get to the main pool and Artist Pallette, but my MIL who is in her 60's had no problem with it. We were nervous when at check in we did not get the Springs as requested, but loved it in the Paddock!(we did notice some of the Paddock buildings were far out we lucked out where we were)

I think the Grandstand is a good location because it is the first bus stop. This means you are the first to get on (and off) the bus before it stops at each additional SSR bus stop. Often the buses get filled by they time they reach Congress Park (which has DTD views). This is no big deal if you don't mind standing room only. From the Grandstand, there is a short walk to the main pool and Artist Pallet. They also have a themed pool w/ pool bar.

We stayed there in April and LOVED it. We also had our car parked right out side our building. NICE!!!!

You can also take a boat ride to DTD.

OT- I see you are from E. Brigewater. I grew up in Taunton. I don't live there anymore, but my family still does.

Thank You all so much for your input
I am leaning towards the DTD view myself at Congress Park!....
Taunton ....well we are almost neighbors!!!
