Best last minute TA's ??

Might not be able to go to Cancun due to Wilma. We are to travel down next Friday. Not sure if Cancun is still going to be there....

I have been looking at sites I know for a good eal to sub with...can anyone tell me a few sites to look at?

2dogmom thanks and we might wind up with another Disney vacation but that is not quite what we wanted to do. I am so disappointed right now. We had a great deal to Cancun for air, transfers, AI 5 star hotel. I do not know if it will ever be that good again. Very upsetting when you had your heart set on Cancun and their beaches, the swim up bar and the sun. Now we are looking at DR Punta Cana. It is not as good of a price nor as nice of a hotel but it is still a warm place to go to lay on the beach.

IF anyone else has any suggestions please post on here.

But they only deal in Disney right? If we decided to go to WDW this really is great but I want a TA site that deals in last minute good prices...

I truly appreciate your help but I really wanted to go bake on the beach in some place I have never been before....

I'm pretty sure they book other vacations too. Check out their website-I think each of the agents has a bio that lists some of their training, etc. I haven't looked at it in a while, but I think Lori's listed a handful of other things in addition to WDW.

TRy the DR we went and loved it. Try liberty travel. I also get emails from travel by jen.com. Never used her but has great last min deals. Also try travelzoo.com. DH,ds and myself are planning for Jan. Not disney thought that will be next yr when ds is a littler older but still under 3.(and still free)

PS we went to the rivera maya in June and loved it. Hope you can get to Mexico

I love travelzoo. This is where we got the Cancun special. I am looking at Fiar Deals Ltd right now they have a decent speical to DR. Not too sure about Punta Cana though. We have had friends to go and stay in the area and they loved it.

Check yahoo travel for last minute getaways - you can include air, car, hotel, etc. I did that for airline tickets at the last minute - ended up with tickets + rental car for less than a flight would be normally.

As long as your hotel is still standing and the power is on. I say go for it. Their income is based off of travlers and they'll need your help to rebuild. Plus you might be able to get some discounts on stuff. Florida had a hand in it, and it's not easy trying to get people to come back down because they think it's all destroyed. The beaches are still there and so is the water.

I love travelzoo too! Great for last minute stuff! I think expedia and travelocity have a section labeled "last minute" have gotten some good deals there before too -

Love Cabo San Lucas, Mexico - Could still get your beach, swim up bar and tacos!!!
