The Pistachio at AoA is Gelato. I don't know about Pistachio Ice Cream anywhere in WDW. For the high price of rent, I think Disney retailers stock the best sellers and don't get into fancy flavors. For some nicer ice cream places --

In the Epcot resorts area there's Beaches and Cream Ice Cream Parlor at BC: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=9
There's also The Fountain at the Dolphin: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=327
For Ice Cream and Sweets, try Seashore Sweets on the Boardwalk: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=359

At DTD there Ghiaradelli's Soda Fountain: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=244
There's also Wetzel's Pretzels and Haagen Daz Ice Cream: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=381

At DHS there's Dinosaur Gertie's. They have Vanilla, Chocolate or Twist, but the dinosaur is cute. 50's Prime Time Cafe has PB&J shakes and Chocolate Malts.

Plaza Ice Cream Parlor at MK is nice.

If you have a car, there's a Baskin-Robbins (+Dunkin Donuts) at 12236 S. Apopka Vineland Road, Ph 321-221-9430, not far from DTD. They have Pistachio-Almond listed. I would recommend calling first. http://www.baskinrobbins.com/content/baskinrobbins/en/stores.html?a=kissimmee, fl

I hit the Plaza in MK for mint-chocolate-chip and the Scoops in DHS for orange sherbet... but I don't think I've ever seen pistachio anyplace.

Mostly it's vanilla, chocolate, cookies n cream... and the bigger places add in butter pecan, mint-chip, sherbet or sorbet of some kind...

If you are staying at POP they have a great hot fudge sundae, I guess all the resorts must have the same.

We LOVE using our snack credits at Fountainview Cafe in EPCOT!

We often do this on our 'sleep in' day. Will eat a CS breakfast at our resort at 10-ish...Head to EPCOT at 11-ish and let the kids have 'ice cream for lunch' at Fountainview. They think it's a total treat.

Then I always schedule and early big dinner at around 5:00.

In EPOCT next to the coke sampling place there is an ice cream shop. They sell eddy's ice cream. They have huge ice creams for a snack credit including waffle cones waffle cup sundaes, and so many more options. The all average over $5 each so a great value for your sc. :yay:

We have stayed at POP several times and until our last trip we never had a sundae there. We had lots of SC left so I bought some for the lovely couple behind us in line. They wanted something special (some kind of brownie sundae I think) and when I went to pay the CM told me it would be 2 SC each for their sundae. I told her I didn't mind I had plenty left. When she came back she told me they only charged me one. How sweet!!
