Best Friends

If you would have asked me this question 2 months ago, I would have rattled off 4 people's names.

Now, I don't have a best friend. I don't. I either trust you, don't trust you or trust you with my life.

I can name almost 10 people that i'd trust my life with. And only some of them would I go to for advice. I have major problems opening up to people and trusting them. So it's hard for me.

Yeah I understand where alot of you are coming from.
But right now I only have 1 best friend and thats Paula.
I mean I lovelovelove her.
But I just dont call her alot.

And after that I have no other ones.

Why? I can trust them. If I need to talk to them, they're there willing to talk about anything that I'd wanna talk about. They give me comfort when I need it.

My all time best friend is a girl named Olivia

I met her when i was five and we were just really like friends to start out but then we got really close and became best friends

we've fought in the past and not talked for a while but then we got better and now we're inseperable even though we go to different schools.


My best friend at my school now is Zach. Or Frankie. Zach means a lot to me, we used to date but realized that we were so much better as friends. It was a lot less pressure. I love him to death and he is so good to me. And Frankie is just always there to listen and I have to always go to her with girly stuff and whatnot.

I don't really have a best friend I suppose.
I used to be best friends with Jess but then she changed and we grew apart after we turned 12.
Then there was Laura D, she was great all throughout secondary school until our final year, where she started being mean to me for some unknown reason. Sam was another close friend throughout secondary school. She's goes to a different college to me and works part-time so we never see each other anymore.
My other friend is Claire who I met in the final years at school. Last year in college we were in every class together, but now we're not in any classes together I only see her if we go to a football match, which is only once a month. We still talk on msn though and text.
At our college no one makes new friends, everyone stays in their little groups of friends, so I haven't made any new friends. There's a few I talk to in one class, but it's just college stuff we talk about. It's quite sad I suppose, I had never really thought about it until now.
My best friend at the moment would most likely be my boyfriend.

The one thing I cant stand is...

Every time I get a guy friend who's just my friend and nothing else, that I can trust anything with (its a lot of fun to compare sometimes) I cant have one without people saying "OMG MOUSE LIKES HIM SHE TOTALLY DOO HAHA THEY SHOULD MAKE OUT IN THE HALLWAY!!"

Yeah I'm a little ticked off that people think that just because I have 2 guy friends I'm somehow....in love with them.

I am... because they are my best budz.

But not for THAT reason.

I have 4 friends who i would consider best friends one of them Katelyn is the closest of my best friends and if i had to choose only one best friend it would have to be her we have been best friends since 3rd grade and we just have some much in common she is great and we have got into fights in the past over silly things at a time she wouldnt tell me why she was made a me and i knew she was, she wasnt hanging out with me and she didnt want to tell me the reason why in the end i finnally found out but we had to sit down for her to tell me and i had to be very serious and ask her why in the end we worked things out and we are back to best friends

I don't really have a best friend. I don't trust people easily - at all. For years, I haven't had that someone you can just totally open up to. But I do have a lot of good friends!

Seth There's no other way to describe Seth than - Seth. He and Travis are the ones that I go to when I need to be cheered up. Sarcasm does the job for me, and he is the best at it. We share our music, books, movies... He even got me into drama. You just gotta love Seth.

Travis At first I wasn't such good friends with Travis, but now that I've joined his section (he's first flute), we've gotten to know each other better. He's really easy to talk to, plus he relies on me for tea in the mornings! I'm really defensive of him and Seth, because - since they're so sarcastic - they don't date girls, which leads others to think they're gay. And that's something that I speak up about; usually it takes a lot, but that's def. something I'll confront you about. Not that there's anything wrong with being gay, but the way people view it here, it just...bothers me.

Leann She's one of my really good friends. We laugh together, eat together, sing together... She's a ball to be around.

Rena Serena is my confidante (if that's how you spell it). If I like someone, she's the one that I'll tell if I have to get it off my chest, because she won't tell anyone. She helps everyone with their problems; she's just a sweet heart.

Zach One of the few friends out of the band that I talk to. Although he can drive me crazy with talk of computer coding, I love hanging out with him. We have a lot in common; we talk about stuff that we can't trust with others.

I love this girl more then I know how to put into words. She has been my best friend since 3rd grade. We love all of the same things. We never fight. We don't go to the same school [which stinks] but we know how to have a freaking awesome time. I call her my "band geek/drum major" friend and I'm her "ugly hot friend Kayla". I couldn't live without her. She is my best friend forever.

I haven't know this girl that long. Only two years. But she is one of the funniest people I know. I'm "her Chubs" and she's "my Belafonte". I play softball with her so I deal with her almost everyday during the summer. I don't know what I would do without her. She's my source of laughter and my "other Taking Back Sunday love".

Danielle and I get around so well...We are always hanging out with each other and have the same taste in everything...clothes music food movies...everything! Actually its kinda creepy...we kinda do the twin thing and say the same thing at the exact same time! I love her to death and idk what i would do with out her!

Weston is like my best guy friend...well was. I've kinda had a crush on him for the past year and a half. And then (finally) two months ago he asked me out and ofcourse i said yes, cause i had wanted it for so long....or atleast thought i had. Turns out I had gotten over him and as crazy as it sounds didn't realize it....So i broke up with him after about two weeks. I feel really bad about it and both of us want to get back to normal...we try to ignore it but the akwardness is still there...idk what to do! any suggestions on how to get back to normal? he really is one of my best friends and i love him to death...but its the kind of love that best friends have....

I don't think I have a best friend. I have my friend that I've known my whole life and I love her sooo much, she's super funny and nice. and I have my other super super super close friends I've known for a while I love them to pieces even though they get enjoyment out of my obsession with the Jonas Brothers.

Robert- Captain Robbie to every one but hes always just been Robert to me. hes the first person ive ever been able to trust 100%. He never let any one disrespect me adn get away with it. we would stay up all night and just listen to music and talk. and he would always go on walks with me, when no one else would. then he got sent back to arizona, and its been 7 months since ive seen him. but we still talk on the phone for hours, adn talk about all the random fun things we usually do. im so excited for him to get back.

Kristi- always always always down for a good time, and makin me smile. weve only been friends for 4 years but no ne believes us when we say that. when my mom grounds me for skipping, she grounds kristi for doing it with me. and kristi actually listens to her. when you see me, shes not too far behind (she walks slow) were going to be in the disney college program next year too. i cant wait. kristis my chikita fo life.
