Best Epcot Dining (1) TS Credit?

My husband and I have planned our February trip with 1.5 days in Epcot with one of the days being a TS dinner and the half-day being a TS lunch. Our lunch plans are for Via Napoli which I am content with, but I am considering dropping our dinner ADR at Coral Reef for something else due to so many recent negative reviews on inconsistency.

What do you consider to be the best 1 TS credit restaurants in Epcot for dinner? Our only "no" is Mexican food -- we have plenty of that at home. We can't do a 2 TS credit dinner because we already squeezed one in (Narcoossee's) during our trip.

For those of you that have suggestions, let me know what it is that you love about each place! Thank you!

I'd rank the Epcot 1 TS credit restaurants in this order:

Rose and Crown
Biergarten
Coral Reef
Via Napoli
Tokyo Dining
Marrakesh
Teppen Edo
Chefs de France (I like lunch better than dinner)
Tutto Italia
Akershus
La Hacienda
San Angel Inn

We have not dined at Nine Dragons so I can't rank that one.

Our favorites in EPCOT are Via Nappoli, Rose and Crown, and Teppan Edo.

Our favorite on our trip was Tutto Italia, but you've already got Via Napoli scheduled, so two Italian restaurants may not be the greatest idea. Though seeing the rest of your itinerary, you may actually like that!

Honestly, I don't think any of the Epcot 1 TS credit restaurants are dramatically better or worse than any of the others, so it's mostly a matter of your cuisine and entertainment preferences. Some things I can suggest:

Better entertainment - Biergarten, Coral Reef, Teppan Edo, Marrakesh.
More quiet, romantic atmosphere - Tutto Italia, San Angel Inn, possibly Chefs de France, maybe Tokyo Dining and Nine Dragons (I haven't been in either)
More casual - Rose & Crown, La Hacienda, Via Napoli,
Better beer choices (obviously): Rose & Crown, Biergarten.

In your position, with your itinerary, I'd probably keep Coral Reef. If you made your decisions based on occasional negative reviews, you'd only eat at signatue restaurants

Another vote for Le Cellier lunch...book a late enough ADR and it's almost like an early dinner.

My wife and I will be there for the 6th time this March. We made the late lunch ADR. Thier soup and breads are wonderfull also. The steaks are very good also.

Thank you all for your input. I almost booked a Le Cellier lunch, but my husband would rather have a TS dinner rather than a heavy lunch so we will just stick with Coral Reef I guess and hope it is at least as good as a typical chain restaurant. We're not expecting anything overly fantastic...but if any of our ADRs are amazing, that will be a bonus!
