Best Cheapest transportation from CBR to Sea World ?

What would be the best, fastest, cheapest transportation from CBR to Sea World ? Renting a car is not an option for us. We did go to Universal Studios last year by the Mears shuttle. Does Mears shuttle go to Sea World ? If so please post the price or the price for a cab ? Thanks
