I was going to say AA (since, you know Iris ). But now that you mention it, it does look like IG as well.

AA would have been my first response too because that's one of the locations where the "new" characters are.

Now that I look at the picture again though, it's really hard to tell because I have a picture of Donald at AA, and the WS Lagoon is in the background. I guess this one I could tell it was IG because of the walkway in the background leading to France.

Yes she was at the international gateway along with Cinderella. My mom and I happened to be walking in that area and almost did a double take when we saw her
