On our first trip (Honeymoon) to Disney World in Feb 2003 we went to the big tent in Mickeys Toon Town and got in line for the pooh characters... our main goal was to get some pictures of Eeyore for my daughter (then age 17) who is an Eeyore fanatic! she has an Eeyore colection of over 700 items...but since she wasn't with us we wanted to get her some pics... we were lucky and found ourselves alone with the pooh characters and Eeyore and the gang put on a little show for us... they were dancing and Eeyore was showing off his tail and and posing for pics for us to give to our daughter... it was truly MAGICAL

I just got back and MNSSHP helped me get some great pictures with characters.

All the character interaction was great! I must admit my favorites were with the Alice in Wonderland characters though. When I met Alice she said "Oh my! It's me. It's like looking through the looking glass. Now hold your dress to the side." That's why we have the same pose. And the mad hatter was hilarious. I went skipping up to him and said hello and he said "Hello, would you care to take my arm? Be sure to give it back when you're done." I had seen the Queen of Hearts leave the treat trail, but I really wanted her picture because I was Alice and I wanted to get as many Alice characters as posisble. So I sat on a bench on the trail and when the queen came back with her character handler, I started to get up so I could follow them to wherever the meeting spot was going to be. Well the character handler told the Queen of Hearts to stop because I wanted to see her. The Queen obviously didn't want to since I was dressed the way I was. haha. Then I see Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum come walking up the trail. Tweedle Dee runs over to me and takes my hand and we start dancing. I really have to admit that was pretty much the most fun I've had with characters ever.

Absolutely adorable! I love your granddaughters Minnie dresses. Did you get them there? They look so cute!

Thank you. No I actually took 1 old Minnie Dress, (the older one) and added the shimmer material apron and the white trim. I also added the bows and ruffles. Their gloves I made as well. The younger one I added the Minnie and trimming. Minnie really likes their purses and took them signed her name on them and put them on her nose. She was great.

This is one of my favorite pics. A CM happened to take this picture for us. As my DH and I were walking up to meet Tigger, Tigger playfully pushed my DH away and grabbed me. My DH was laughing so hard as well as the CM. That's why the picture is a little blurry.
