We have our Chef Mickey's breakfast ressies and now need a dinner ressie. I am not crazy about the one in MK with Minnie, Can't think of the name, but don't care for the food.

Cinderella is too expensive. How much food is my 3 yo going to eat for $25?

Thinking about Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's. Any other suggestions?

We ate at Liberty Tree Tavern in MK last October during the Halloween Party. My kids (then 5DD and 2DS) LOVED it. There was Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Chip & Dale. The dinner was also good, traditional food like turkey, mashed potatoes, rolls, etc., that both of my kids liked. Of course, maybe this is the one you're thinking of with Minnie that you didn't like?

Not sure the dinner has characters all the time or if that was just for the Halloween Party, but I would recommend it. I wish there were more character lunches and dinners, but most character meals seem to be for breakfast (which is usually our "quick" meal of the day!).

Good luck deciding!

The Crystal Palace is a must-dine for me at least once every trip. The food and the service are great! :thumbsup2

Crystal Palace is very nice, since you are doing bkfst at Chief Mickey's would you consider 1900 park fair at the GF?

We loved Crystal Palace for breakfast - our 2 y/o and 5 y/o were both into it. The food is pretty good and its a great location for pics. We also had a blast at Chef Mickey for dinner. Enjoy!

Chef Mickey's has great character interaction and DW absolutly loves the roast beef there. We all like the food. Same for Crystal Palace. Great atmosphere and if you like Winnie the Pooh and friends then thats your place. IMO, you can't go wrong with either of these 2.

We really liked 1900 Park Fare. The food was good and the characters were nice (Cinderella, Prince Charming, 2 Mice).

The Crystal Palace was good, but we're not crazy about the Pooh characters.

The one with minnie in mk is Liberty Tree Tavern.

You're in luck. Dinner at 1900 Park Faire in the Grand Floridian is a character meal with Cinderella. The other characters there are from the movie Cinderella rather than princesses from other movies. Prince Charming and Suzy and Perla. Note that Breakfast is not Cinderella.

All three are similar food wise. They run about 80 up 20 down. They all have their fans and their detractors. So pick the one of the 3 with the best Characters. I'd go with Crystal Palace for Pooh or with 1900 for Cinderella at dinner because you already have Chef Mickey's for a breakfast. 1900 is $14 for children and $29 for adults which is only $1 more than Chef Mickeys or Crystal Palace.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the replies.

I asked DD, 3, who she wants to eat dinner with since we are eating breakfast with Mickey. She wan'ts to eat dinner with Mickey too. So, I guess we will be doing Chef Mickey's for breakfast and dinner. We like it, so it is OK with us.

Liberty Tree is the one I was thinking of yesterday, but I had a brain freeze as to the name.

Not sure if you're saying you want to eat somewhere near MK, but if you mean anywhere at WDW, then Garden Grill is a great choice (Farmer Mickey, and skillet style food).
