Best CBR building for water view & close bus stop?

Well, I think I have decided on a CBR stay for for families SURPRISE trip this Oct.
My heart is yearning for the Polynesian, but budget wise my purse says moderate.
I've stayed at CBR before and loved it, and we were booked there last year before being displaced due to the refurbishment.

So......CBR makes perfect sense. I still get the tropical atmosphere, but at a more affordable price

My question is......what building would be our best bet for a great water view(hopefully lake,not pool) but yet still be close to a bus stop.
I am leaning towards trying jamaica, but am open to suggestions.

We were in Jamaica waterview room (4219) 2 weeks ago. We had a great view of the lake(just a few steps away from the beach) and a short walk to the bus.
