My family would really like the feel of a true get-away at the Fort. Peace, quiet, and nature would be perfect. Is any loop better for such a request? We will have a car and a golf cart. Thanks!:)

we were in the 2800 loop, very quiet, though lotsa kids around...but kids crash very early at disney...adults crash very early at disney. Everyone crashes very early at disney...heck, ya get worn out from the parks! But as has been stated before...what may be a perfectly quiet loop one night can be the noisiest the next night...it all depends on who gets a cabin in your loop and wants to be noisey.....loops cant control human behavior, humans cant even usually control human behavior.
Apparently, their was a party on our last night at the cabin, when I went out about 730am, there was an empty wine bottle next to our golf cart, and a few empty beer cans in the street...but we never heard a sound from it, so the cabins must be pretty well insulated.

I have been on the 2600 loop three times. All three times it was very very quiet. We had tons of high school kids staying in our loop but you never heard them. 2600 is also a short walk to the pool. I have to point out that we never requested that loop, just seems to be the one we always get.

The only noise I ever heard was people walking back to their cabins with excited voices from there day at the World. I don't consider that a bad one. Sometimes I would hear the buses, but that is really it. I love staying at the cabins!!!

I agree with the responses already posted.

There really is not a whole lot of difference among the cabin loops.

If you want quiet, ask for a cabin in the back of a loop. You will not have as much foot traffic, but you will also have a longer walk if you are walking out of the loop for any reason. Since you will have a cart and a car, then the walking should not be an issue.

In general, the cabin folks do not party like the camp site folks!

Thank-you for all the great info! The school year is so busy and we are looking forward to the family time. Happy noise is always welcome, I just wanted a bit of a nature experience, too!:cutie:
