Well Kiddos.....
I am So glad to be back ....
But I Did have a Blast.....
In Fact I was pretty much Blasted the Whole Time!!!!
So I am Going to do a Mini-Update...
So Sorry that I am not going to post the OCD Packing List!!!
So here Goes!!!
Chapter 31: Disneydads 6 Day Trip!!!!
Again I am Sorry but I did not have a camera with me except My Phone...
& The Picks I took did not turn out
Well I went to help some great Friends..Jack & Sue Hahn...The Marble Man & Maam....
They are Artists...& fro the Last 25 years they have made a Living selling Art at Art Shows...
I met Them ..Before I met DisneyMom.....I was in college &^ they Had just gotten started in the Art & Craft Show Business....Sue is an Incredible Weaver...But it was hard to make a Living in Weaving...So they decided to start Making Marbles...Yep they make them!!!...& The rest is History!!!
They have been going to The Yellow Daisy Festival for about 20 Years....
& it is their biggest show of the Year...& it is very exhausting...So several years ago they asked Me if I could help them...
As I really wanted to be an Artist for a Living...(I have no talent)....I jumped at the Chance to Be an Artist for 4 days a year....
It is lot's of Fun..But also Hard work...On My feet 12 hrs a day for 4 days....
But we have such a great Time...it is like My vacation from Reality....
Well this year was No different!!!!
I arrived at Stone Mountain Park on Wednesday...& started Helping set up...
We got the Booth together..& then went to eat at El Tecalote...our favorite Mexican Joint...& I ordered the Camarons Shirisco...Not sure how it is Spelled???...but it is Shrimp & Cheese wrapped in Bacon & served on a Skewer!!!!they give you 2 skewers fulllllll...there are at least 18 huge Shrimp on there..& you get Rice & salad & of all things Fries??
& it is $11 ...the best deal anywhere...
So the Next day, Thursday, we did the Daisy..Long day but Fun....Then we went to The Village House...a German Restaurant....& I always order the Racklet app....It is Baked Cheese...a German Kind...served in a cast iron Skillet...& served with Apple slices...& Grapes...& Fresh Bread...Then for My Meal I had Citron Snictshel...again not sure of the Spelling.....But it is a Piece of meat that tastes like Pork & has a Citrusy taste...served on German Pasta...It is out of this World!!!!
Well Friday came early so we went to bed early...
Friday is a Very Busy Day...& we decided to grab a Bite to eat that Night at the Club House Restaurant....It is OK..Nothing to write home About....
& again as Saturday is like a Long day at the Dentist!!!! We went to Bed Early!!!
Saturday Night we went to Waffle House....& then straight to Bed...
Yes I would say that Going to Bed early is a trend....But you have to understand...that we also Party real hard this 5 day stretch every year!!!!
So we really just Pass Out Early!!!!
Any Who Sunday is more Relaxed.....In Fact we just really hang out at the Show that Day..Hoping just to make a few sales...But mostley just hanging with all the folks we Know from the Show circuit!!!
Sunday Night we went Back to El Tecalote...& I ordered the Exact same thing!!!!!
It is hard to eat it all...But I did the second Night...I was Hungry!!!!
We then went back to the Campground ...& hung out for a While...& eventually .....we Passed out...
Then this Morning...we got up & Went a Broke Down the Booth....& said our good Byes....As We will not see them until February...which is when they come through GA on their way back to VA....From their Winter Trip to FL!!!
As most of you saw ...The Kids & Karen1 came out on Friday...& hung out for the Day...Didn't get to spend Much time with them
but they had Fun...

& I know several of you commented on the Had ...& DisneyMom explained...but the Story is funny ....
So any way as DisneyMom said I cut & scrap myself very easily....(because of the Diabetes)...well I did get a Really good cut a couple of days before I left....& I was wearing like 3 or 4 band aids & they were coming off the first day way to soon..well the one covering the Bad cut came off..& as I reached into the Cash box to give someone change...I bumped it...& when I pulled My hand out Blood was every where!!!...So I decided to go to First Aid & see if they had some Gauze or a bigger bandaid to cover it up...Well the Police Officer who was there said sure & He called over his Radio for the Paramedic to come to First Aid...As he was getting off his Radio..He turns & looks at me & says...Watch this....In about 3 Minutes 3,,,Yes 3 Police Carts..with Lights going Pull up & 6 Police Officers & 3 Paramedics...are Now Piling Out of their Police Carts...(yes I do mean Carts...& not Cars).....& come running over to see the Action....& when they Realized it was no big Deal....I guess the Paramedic's Adrenaline was on overload...& he Put 3 Huge Gauze Pads & the Hand Wrap you see in the Pic!!!!! just to cover a Couple of Cuts...It was Hilarious!!!!
& so I decided to wear it everyday...As A Joke!!!!!
& it worked!!!

But it is over now, they had a ball and life can go back to normal
well im going to be around tho! just not as much! I'll miss you all!!
Oh well, nothing I can do about it now. I almost made the return trip to the OR last week but I seem to be getting the upper hand on the infection right now. Fun stuff I tell you! Hahahha!!!!!
