TREX...has excellent food, one of our favorites for many dishes.
Turf Club
Olivias
1) The Turf Club does have some good dishes.
2) But, the postage-stamp-size of the portions have many leaving hungry.
3) Olivia's is good for sandwiches and light-fare, but not that great for steaks.

NOTE1: The Turf Club is a bar-eatery inside SSR. It is somewhat small, but is OK because it gets few guests. The dinner entrées are small and overpriced. (C'mon, pasta with shrimp for $20 ?) We were displeased with the rubber chicken and dry steaks. Working at SSR, did not change my mind. We were part of the pre-opening tasting and most of us were not happy about the offerings - our opinions have been right on ever since. We prefer to make a meal of the appys and desserts, which are quite good and nicely priced. The peach cobbler was only OK. The peaches came out HARD. Tobi (SERVER) said they have had other complaints. My reply was, "Is the chef doing anything about it?" She just shrugged. I know many of the wait staff, and was lucky enough to get Tobi, she is pleasant and attentive. Open for dinner only, no longer for lunch.
.
NOTE2: The poor reputation of Turf Club has really kept the revenues down. When we CM's had the tasting menu prior to opening, we even commented on the average-to-below-average food quality. Lately, however, they have been trying to upgrade the menu items. The pork Tenderloin is getting good reviews, as the Lamb Chops. We thought they were good, but not spectacular. Turf Club has made major strides in food quality. But the small portions will keep patrons away.
.
NOTE3: The portions are small, even called miniscule. If you have a big-eater in the group, eat before your meal or stop at Artist Palette when you leave. Of course, you can always fill up on the rolls with the yummy Hawaiian Sea Salt Sprinkles.

NOTE: It is somewhat inconvenient to drive or take a bus to OKW. The food uniqueness used to be lovely, but DDP has forced the eatery to slip greatly from the unique to ordinary. Although pleasant in the surroundings department, the food remains above average for lunch and dinner, but breakfast is really good and reasonably priced and well worth the visit. Try the Seafood Omelet, truly yummy. The Duval Street Burger is decent, but stay away from steaks, which are frequently tough and/or dry. Arguably the best pulled pork sandwich on the WDW property. The club sandwich is always tasty. Chowder was too spicy for our "chowder purist" taste. However, they have THE BEST key lime tart on the property. The lunch and diner are basically the same, except for minor dinner entrée differences.
