Here is the answer my TA got from Disney:
I asked
Disney Cruise Line and the "official" answer is no, but they know it does happen. The Category V staterooms do not have a dining table like the upper suite categories, so that is why the official answer is no. I was told that you would do best to ask stateside concierge when they contact you closer to your cruise date or ask the concierge staff on the ship. I was also told that if you are allowed to order dinner from the dining rooms to be delivered to your suite, you will only be able to order from the dining room you were assigned to on that particular night. For instance, if your rotation has you in Enchanted Garden that night, you will only be able to order food from the Enchanted Garden menu for that night.
I am sorry I couldn't get a more definitive answer. I was advised to tell you that it may be possible, but it would be best that you not expect it to happen.
~~So basically it could happen but it might not. I love the answers that disney gives sometimes. For us the 1 bedroom would cost us $3500 more then the concierge family suite and I just can't justify that when we could use that for another cruise or vacation. I am super jealous of those in the 1 bedroom though. I wish we could do it especially going with 3 little ones that go to bed by 930pm
