Benefit to looking for even numbered ADRs?

i am looking for input from some of you more experienced ADR makers. How much truth is there to it being easier to get an ADR if you look for the next highest even number up? (For example, I am looking for ADRs for 5 people, but would search for 6 and modify later.)

I am wondering if I should change all my reservation notification searches to 6, because I am not getting any hits on either TP reservation finder or ***********.

Try, it can't hurt. Not many 5 top if any so try for. 6. Unless it is prepaid no harm done in a booking for 6 instead of 5

I know this holds true for party's of 2 and 3 to go for a 4 top
